Metal is always better than plastic! It’s perfect. Thin, doesn’t scratch (don’t try to remove the film on there, it’s not sticky, that’s to protect your phone). Doesn’t affect my cover in any way. Love the gold for my style. Can still charge phone with it. Works well with my lanyard. Very happy with it.

This is a very nifty little gadget to have it simply slides in between the phone and protective cover you can attach it so many different things so you can have your phone close to take pictures for video and auto without the worry of laying it down losing it dropping it recommend.

Very easy to place in ur phone cover. Nice for adding a strap to ur phone. Would buy again.

These both had adhesive that I could not get the backing peeled off to install. Every time I was able to pry up a corner, it came unattached from the metal plate, rendering the adhesive useless. I tried to use it without the tape, and it seemed like it would work fine, until I went to plug the phone in to charge. The d ring tab is completely in the way. Useless. Returning.
