Mouth Guard for Clenching Teeth at Night, Professional Night Guards for Teeth Grinding with Hygiene Case(4Piece Set/2Sizes)

I bought this item to protect my teeth at night. I followed the instructions and it would not mold to my teeth. I even brought it to my dentist and he was unable to make it work. This is a useless product. I've attempted to return it and the website will not allow it to be returned, even though it is within the return period.

The instruction sheet (barely readable) is incomplete. 1. It says that each piece has been labeled upper and lower. There are no labels on the guards. 2. It stated "boil water and after boil place guard in for 45 seconds to soften. Well, 45 seconds is too much time. The smaller guard melted into a very small 1" piece. The second one I pulled out at 30 seconds, but it did not stretch enough to fit my upper teeth.I have now burn through the upper guard.I have not tried the lower ones

Most reviews for this product aren't for this product at all! Instructions for the mouth piece are really small, hard to read, and different than the ones on the Amazon description page. Product molds into a gloopy mess very quickly. I've used similar, locally bought items from pharmacies that work perfectly - this one does NOT.

NOT AS PICTURED! This is more like a giant mouth guard used for football. Also once molded it it still big and loose. I do have a small head, the size of a young teen. I can't wear it because it falls out while sleeping and I am afraid of choking in it.
