I'm giving two stars only because I got a replacement, but I ended up sending the replacement back too, and here's why: I was pleased with the first one I had when I opened the package. I did think it was a little weird that there's a note about letting it sit for a while after opening and not letting it sit in sunlight or a hot car. The color was pretty, and it seemed solid for traveling. When I took it on a trip, I packed it in the middle of my luggage. It wasn't damaged in the luggage, but when I attempted to unzip one side, it got stuck. There was something wrong with the zipper teeth around the corner and it refused to open. When it finally opened, it did that thing where zippers skipped over a section and then refused to realign/would not zip closed any longer. I contacted Amazon for a replacement, and they sent it quickly, but when I looked at the new one, I saw that it would have a similar challenge with the zipper. I didn't want to take a chance, so I returned it. This was disappointing because the color and style were both cute.
