My watch stopped working since last night. I wore last night and found the watch stopped working this morning. I tried to turn on but it doesn’t work. The green light on the back side is on and it doesn’t go off. Is there any way to reset it or has broken permanently? Please suggest me

Although I’d read a couple of reviews of this product saying it stopped working after a week or two, I decided to go ahead and take a gamble. It didn’t pay off. Turns out mine stopped working almost exactly A week after receiving it. Everything was working perfectly, really nice watch, good features, great price but unfortunately it appears to be just smoke and mirrors. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t expecting something to rival Apple or Samsung, but I did expect it to last a bit longer than a week. I took the gamble and lost, so at least you don’t have to now. Great work watch

I got this for my son birthday. He charge it working fine now it not working after a week. I have to get a replacement one for him which money I can't afford. The price was great for me. He was upset he love the watch too.

Cannot download apps which is a pain and watch is littered with useless apps that most people will never use.

This watch looks great and my review is totally positive apart from four things.1. The strap is too short.2. The instructions are awful, written by someone with a poor command of English. Just let the phone app set it up to avoid confusion.3. You can't remove anything you don't want from the interface.4. It doesn't tell you how to download music to the watch. A YouTube video said you do it by plugging the charger into your pc, but all that happens is the watch starts charging. The charger doesn't display anything on the pc that you can drag and drop your music to so I'd love to know if anyone's solved that one. Controlling your phone music with the watch app works fine.That's the bad stuff. but everything else is good. Using the H Band app set up was easy. There are plenty of good watch faces, and voice recognition was easy to use . The display is clear and bright, and everything works fine apart the music problem. I'm glad I bought it, and think it's good value for money.
