Fast, Beautiful, Precise
It plays wonderfully, not too loud, nice space between left and right hand. I love the colour options. It makes the trickiest combos easier. No delays, great precision. Very Happy with it.

Responsive, customisable, and great fun for serious gamers
After deciding to up my fighting game skills, I decided to try the Sehawei Arcade Stick R16, and it’s been quite an upgrade! The all-button setup felt a bit odd at first (especially since I’m used to joysticks), but once you get the hang of it, the responsiveness is fantastic. Each button is quick and snappy, giving me that instant feedback I need when trying to pull off combos without mashing all over the place. Plus, it’s compatible with pretty much everything I throw at it—PC, PS4, Switch, you name it! The custom RGB lighting is a nice touch; it adds a bit of flash without being too gimmicky. You can choose different colour settings, which I’ve probably spent more time fiddling with than actually playing at times. The turbo function is also a handy addition, although I don’t use it all the time—when I do, it definitely gives a little extra firepower. Hot-swapping is super easy, so you’re not stuck if something needs changing on the fly. One minor gripe: it does take up quite a bit of desk space, and because it’s a bit hefty, it’s not exactly a portable option if you want to bring it to a friend’s house or an arcade night. The buttons are high-quality, but I could see them wearing down over time with really intense use. For the price, though, it’s solid value, especially considering the customisable options and wide compatibility. All in all, a great arcade stick for anyone wanting more control and flair in their gaming setup. Just don’t let the glowing lights distract you mid-battle!

Great game controller.
Setup was pretty simple and worked easily. Customisation for each game worked well. I'm glad they've switched to USB C, I wish everything was USB C as it makes life so much easier with everything using the same connector. No issues with lag or responsiveness. As part of a full setup this is a great addition for gaming.

GREAT FEATURES
I recently purchased the Sehawei Arcade Stick R16, and I have to say, it's an impressive piece of equipment for anyone serious about fighting games. From the moment I unboxed it, the crystal switches and the flawless white design caught my eye. The RGB lighting adds a nice touch, creating a vibrant gaming atmosphere while still being pleasantly transparent. The upgraded Type-C interface is a game changer, as it feels sturdy and reduces the chance of wear and tear compared to older models. The stick is also thinner than its predecessors, making it more comfortable to use over long gaming sessions. In terms of compatibility, it checks all the boxes for me. I've used it seamlessly with my PC, PS4, and even my Switch. Just a quick tip: if you're connecting it to a PS4, make sure to check the manual for the proper setup to avoid any connection issues. One of my favorite features is the customizable RGB and DIY options. With 5 backlit modes and 14 colors, you can really personalize your setup. Plus, I love that I can create custom skins to make it unique to my style. The hot-swappable technology is fantastic; it lets me change out switches without any hassle, which is great for someone like me who loves tinkering. The multiple controller modes (including X-input and D-input) are fantastic for various gaming scenarios, and the turbo functions can be a real asset in intense matches. It’s also nice that it comes with a few extras, like a keycap puller and replacement crystal switches. Overall, the Sehawei Arcade Stick R16 has exceeded my expectations. It combines style, functionality, and customization, making it a must-have for any fighting game enthusiast. Highly recommend it!

Retro Arcade style controls for the modern era.
In the days of VR and pad controllers, this Sehawei Haute42 Arcade Stick R16 All-Button Arcade Controller stands out with its return to retro arcade style input. The first thing you notice is that the "stick" has no stick!!! It's all buttons, which even for me as a more "mature" gamer, is a little weird, this limits its use in some ways, how an you "Haydoken" with Ryu with no stick? That aside, this is one quaioty piece of kit. It's heavy, which means you're not chasing it around the desk when things get crazy on screen. The buttons feel like great quailty and they're very responsive, with little travel before activation. I love the configurable layout, although it can be a bit of practise to make it work exactly as you want. The fact that you can assign a different LED colour to each of the 16 buttons really helps too, as you can leave the buttons you don't want to use in the off state to reduce wrong presses. The "turbo" button is also a good addition, although it can encourage cheating 😀 Priced at £65.99 less a 26% discount at the time of ordering, this isn't cheap and will likely not work or appeal to some, but it's worth persevering with. Has it improved my game? Nope, I'm still rubbish, but once you get your head around it, it can give a refreshing change.

This arcade game controller works great on my PC. I've managed to map out all the fighting buttons for my game and they feel very good when pressed. The overall quality is super good and I like how it looks too

Great leverless but protect the USB c port
I'm satisfied with this R16 from Sehawei, you do have to update the firmware but the controller is great much better than a pad. Using it for Tekken with PC. You should buy a USB C to USB C adapter to protect the port where ur cable plugs in because it can wear out fast.

LED Lights on controllers are so freaking cool.
I received the Haute 42 Hautepad R16 relatively fast after I shipped it and man, it was pretty good. It has a pretty simple setup before getting the controller to work with your games. You might have to watch a (short) YT video about setting it up for your first time though as it comes with a piece of paper whose instructions leave a bit to be desired. After that (small) initial hurdle, you’re good to go. If you’re new to these type of controllers, keep in mind that they primarily work with 2D fighting games and if you try to get them to work with other genres of games (or even non 2D fighting games) you’ll either run into poor results/it not working at all. It’s decently heavy but not so heavy that you couldn’t carry it in a bag. Haute typically has smaller, lighter controllers if that’s more your speed. The Buttons are pretty responsive, not much delay between button press and action which is good. The LED monitor in the top left corner (and the LED buttons light up) perfectly displays what buttons you’re pressing. Also the LED lights are *chef’s kiss*. The design of it is slick and slim, pretty cool if ya ask me. I could definitely say it’s worth the price tag, but again if $100 is a money sink that you’re not willing to put forward, this same company has just as good options at lower price points [also might not have the cool LEDs :( ]

Good leverless controller
This leverless is good for starters. The only complaint I have is the travel on the buttons is a bit long so that can be an issue for some games, not really an issue for fighting games if that's what you want this for.
