The DR. MUSCLE'S Hand Ice Pack Glove is soft, flexible, and stretchable. Both my wife and I can wear it and it works for right or left hand. It has a good weight to it that feels really good while it is doing it’s job. We have found that it does not get extremely cold and the temperature degrades faster than we would like. For that reason, I can only give the glove a 4 star rating.We got it to use cold for inflammation and haven’t used it hot but I can see it working well for warm therapy too.MY PERSONAL COMMENTS:I am an approved Amazon Vine Member. Worked well

This is great. Super relaxing and soothing to use it cold for my hand. Especially after a long day on the computer. It's become part of my nightly routines to wrap up work, take this out of the freezer and wear it for awhile. It's bulky so I don't think you can be productive while wearing it, but it's not debilitating either. It's also well made and easy/stretchy to get on and off.

This ice pack glove has a gel sheet sewn inside it that will stay cold/cool for about 15-20 minutes. From what I read the last time that someone in the house needed an ice pack, that seems to be about as long as you're supposed to apply ice in one session so I am personally satisfied with how long it stays cold. I take size large in unisex reusable gloves and had absolutely no trouble getting these on. It's comfortable to wear although it does really limit your dexterity. I think this will hold up fairly well to use. If I have any concern about it, it would be that I would like to see the seams a bit stronger. Having said that, the glove has given me no indication that it might fail anytime soon.

This is comparable to other gel packs for icing yourself.I actually wish it had more coverage on the sides. Typically, when I use a gel pack it will have 360-degree coverage of whatever I need to ice, but this one seems to focus more on the top and bottom of the hand.If you are trying to get coverage for both carpal tunnel AND fingers, you may have to move during a session as a good solid coverage of my wrist leave my fingers with only half coverage and I have small carny hands.The greatest feature of this compared to other gel packs is the ability to heat it in the microwave to provide heat therapy as well.I do wonder what the long-term effects of this may be on the gel, but I have only used it with heat 2 times and it has held up well.4 Stars

Someday I’ll learn to just stop trying these ice packs for specific body parts because they’re always useless. I had better results just putting my hand in a sock holding a frozen water bottle
