These are exactly what they say the are. Primary rule composition book. Primary is not the same as wide or college. It is for preschool and kindergarten. It's not what I thought it was either.

What makes these for kids? It's the line rule, which is very wide, intended for writing practice. In every other way, it's just like a standard composition notebook. Good binding, good cover, good paper, nothing to complain about. Simple and useful.

These Work
These composition notebooks are of decent quality. They work for exactly what they are intended to work for. They are a bit on the thinner side so may become beat up a little quicker if they are not protected in a backpack. My son needs them for class notes and they are holding up just fine so far. All in all they are fine but average.
