Couldn’t wait for delivery…once delivered I was disappointed
I could wait to get this. Loved the color; style and look of it. Once received I was unhappy with my purchase. The left back leg is bent outwards and not even close to straight. This makes it unstable. I wanted to return it so I checked out the return policy and it’s says they’ll decide what you’ll be reimbursed and it might not be the amount I paid for it. My thought….why bother. So it’s folded up in my garage collecting dust. Again, VERY DISAPPOINTED all around with this walker.UPDATE. I was contacted from this company after I wrote this review and Lamya worked with me through a couple of weeks and they went ahead and they sent me a new Walker to replace the one that was bent. We got the Walker put it together and it works perfect. I’m very happy with the outcome and I really appreciate this company going Beyond what they probably needed to rectify the situation. So now after receiving the new ones replace the one I’m very happy with the product.

Good but not perfect
It was much harder to put together than the video I watched made it seem. The adjustable cover/screw thing on the back that adjusts the width of the walker had to be removed to get the two sides to fit together. We never found a way around this, so those parts weren’t used. The seat was super hard to get on. It snaps onto each side of the frame. I couldn’t do it at all. There goes the portable removable seat thing. If I can’t do it by myself, then it’s useless to me. Plus, it can’t be folded with the seat on. I also couldn’t get the seat off after it was on. So I could neither put the seat on nor remove it by myself.Hating to give up on what I thought was going to be just what I needed, I used some Vaseline on the seat holders/snaps (?) and I was able to get them snapped on and off. Still very hard, but I could do it. I also believe I have figured out how to fold it with the seat partially attached. I was too tired at that point to try any more.If you have the strength and patience to get it put together, I think it will be an excellent travel walker. It folds flat so will fit easily in the trunk of the car. The seat is not real comfortable to sit on, but it works.I plan to keep the walker and I think it will do what I need it to do.

Design flaw
The seat snaps are so tight, I had to have help. The snap broke. I never would have been able to unsnap the seat so it could be folded. The extenders were already put together making me think parts were missing. This is the second one I have received. The first one was missing parts.

Buy a better walker, this one breaks easily.
I think this walker would be good for me if it hadn't broken when I was putting it together. When I put the seat in place it's supposed to snap onto the crossbar. When I went to snap it into place it broke. I'm not able to drive to return it because I have a compression fracture in my back. So I'm stuck with a walker that's broken. All I need to fix it is the company that sold it to send me a replacement bar with the snap bracket. They are ment to be taken off and on, that's how you are able to fold it up to put it in your car. I can't trust a product that breaks the very first time you try to use it. It's very poor craftsmanship and I am very disappointed.

It's looks great.
Very lightweight (aluminum), but, perhaps due to the lack of weight, this feels flimsy.Hope it truly is as sturdy as described, I don't look forward to falling, a second time.
