The taste is nicer than table salt. If you taste it on its own, its initially strong but then mellows out versus table salt which sticks in the mouth and throat. As an ingredient when cooking one small pinch replaces a heavy sprinkle of table salt and seems better at bringing flavour together especially in indian curries. 500g seemed like a small amount but having used it, I believe I will in fact use small amount over a longer period and so to me there is more value in the product. Good product in my opinion.

The real Pink salt from the Khewra mines in Pakistan, the second largest salt mine in the world. Great flavour, light on the tongue. Gives amazing flavour in dishes and as a sprinkle on Fries and Salads. Cannot beat the original stuff. It is in a powdered form, whch is great as less spillage. Highly recommended.

Been using this for years - best salt on the market

I like this pack but did not realise that it is fine and not coarse salt. I am using it nonetheless in the salt grinder which works very well. I would recommend it and will be ordering again.
