So-So
The cover to this film looked awesome. Hot chicks with guns? How can you go wrong? Unfortunately, the film itself feels like it was made for the Telemundo channel. The movie has a some good moments, and it's one of the few films that has the gorgeous b-movie actress Cec Verrell(Hell comes to Frogtown) in it, and when she's on screen it's worth watching - just fast forward through the rest.

Not like Centinella in her own movie
The most interesting part was when Cel Verrell let her hair down (I thought it was cut short) to reveal she actually has a huge afro thing going on. Other than that it was a typical b-action/drama movie, though I should stress that the action was few and far between. I'd seen Cec only in Hell Comes To Frogtown (don't judge me it was funny and not my typical movie type, I just like Roddy Piper) and really liked her in it, so wanting to see another movie with her as the protagonist this was basically my only choice, unfortunately the bad ass she played in Frog Town was not translated into this movie, so that was disappointing. Overall this movie was okay at best, and I'm glad I only paid like $10 for it.
