Cool product concept but the hand pump broke the second time I used it! Was traveling so unable to return within the return window so now I'm stuck with a useless item.. Other reviews warned about the pump but I was still hopeful-- Argh!. Other versions also seem to indicate a serious pump problem. SOMEONE needs to come up with a durable pump to save the viability of this otherwise helpful device!

This product was bought for a relative with neck pain. He called to tell me how much relief he gets using it.

The top Velcro strip on mine was sewn on backwards. Don't know if that's just on the one I got, or every one. Seems to work OK otherwise, but I have to twist the Velcro

My Doctor recommended traction for my cervical spine years ago. And I did it, but it was a bag of water hanging of the door and a clumsy contraption to use and to store. This is a good product. Easy to use, easy to store, and provides pain relief for several hours. However, there is one area that could improve. The pump and hose connections could be upgraded to work more efficiently. The screw strips easily, and my husband has had to replace it once already.

Has relieved the pain I was suffering from for a couple months. It has also improved my posture. I have even used it as a travel pillow for a 30 hour car ride.

The device worked great stretching my neck and straightening my spine. I could feel the pull all the way to my lower spine. Would give it four stars but the cord separated from the device and now it leaks. Definitely worked though.
