For the price I paid I have no complaints. I generally think this is a suppliment common enough they are all generally the same, however, cheap price sometimes means low quality and that is not the case here.I didn't order these for appetite control though when taken before meals it took my appetite completely away or lessened it significantly.They gave a large amount of energy and will cause the jitters unless taken with food or an extra theanine suppliment. It can replace morning coffee if that's what you're looking for.I combined this with mucina pruriens after reading it worked well and I'm not sure I've noticed an extra benefit but for the energy alone and low price it is well worth the purchase.
