NASTY & A RIP OFF
I have been searching for Benecol a long time. I used to buy the caramel flavored chews & I thought THOSE were costly, but they were effective. I assumed these would be similar only a different flavor. A costly mistake. There are only 30 in a package and you need to take 2-3 a day. This isn't even a month supply! They were just plain gross to me. The consistency and texture were hard to take and they tasted terrible. So whats with the price tag? No thanks. I have learned my lesson. Never again.

Same Benecol
My friends have used Benecol to lower their cholesterol. I can no longer find the caramel chews, but these seem to be fine. So I have begun using them.
