The screws look dramatically too small.

Double check your license plate fastener size
My car’s license plate screws have been rusting out and I was looking for some new ones to replace them. Unfortunately, I have now found that license plate bolts are not a standard size (and in my case, sometimes use screws instead of bolts). I recommend you double-check your license plate fasteners before purchasing.Beyond my individual issue, I did find another use for these bolts and I think they are high quality and sturdy.

They seem like nice screws, no complaints
Yes, indeed, they are nice. Nicely finished. But they didn’t fit my car so I can’t tell much more than that. I guess I read the description too quickly; I saw the paragraph that said:“Our this stainless steel car license plate screws are suitable for most license plate brackets with threaded holes or metal inserts.”But that’s not a problem with the screws, maybe just a problem with me or that my car is not among “most license plate brackets”. I’m sure I’ll find some other use for these 5mm screws though, so I’ll keep them around in my parts bins.
