The author passed away not too long ago and has really opened my scope of understanding many of the aspects of the hierarchical layout regarding various beings, time frames, backstories, etc.A virtual plethora of insights are shared along w charts and referencing of sources.Excellent volume and I am keeping in touch w this author's group.

Jake brings it all together with this dense yet highly lucid comparative text. This book is a future classic and essential addition to the library of grimorist and goetic practitioners. Jake offers up a spirit list never before seen in english (to my knowledge), offers up game changing perspectives on the often overlooked Grimoire of Pope Honorius, builds a dense comparitive table of spirits and then presents us with the mythic story behind each one. This book has been far beyond my expectations. You arent going to find the same old same old or recycled material here. This is a must have book!

Definitely not for the beginning grimoire-ist. It IS however, the perfect companion book for cross-comparing the various grimoires one can come across. If you're picking up a copy of Grimorium Verum, or The Grand Grimoire, this book would make an excellent addition to add some background knowledge and comparative knowledge to your arsenal. A bit of a dense (even if short) read, but grimoire nerds tend to like that sort of thing.

Such a fantastic comparison between a few of the more well known Goetic grimoires. I must say that I was verily impressed by the author's commitment to this title as it was very well sourced and put together. If you are interested in Goetic magic, I highly recommend purchasing this book.

I’ve read a few books by the author, and all have had the same qualities (to varying degree): a few thought provoking nuggets mixed in a jumble of convoluted sentences attempting to sound scholarly. JSK knows about the subject, this much is clear. He needs a very strong editor, and I have yet to see a publisher willing to pay for the necessary service.Remember in school when you learned how to write an essay? One of the first things you learn is that you need a strong thesis. Pandemonium, for all of its strengths, is lacking this. I read this book with the feeling that it might be wrapped up in a strong way, tying together everything I’d just read. Instead, it just ended abruptly. Without clear direction, it’s easy for the reader to walk away wondering “so what?” What was your point, JSK? Sections of the book change abruptly, and the juicy morsels scattered throughout are far less effective because of it.Were the author and his publishers willing, his books could be very strong. I still believe that this book is worth a read if the subject matter is of interest. I just wish that someone would call JSK to task and give him the tough love needed to chisel a masterpiece out of his rough lumps of stone.

A thick and helpful book for Occultist who work with the spirits .This book compares how all the Grimoire spirits are different sort of from each other in other books that are also Grimoires . If you like that then there is more for you to read on information. There is pictures of the Spirits and their sigils .I think this was interesting to read and is nice for my collection. Worth keeping.
