Unpackaging Review
Out of the bag they have a very clean appearance and bold color, I'm impressed. The material is robust and should be strong enough to withstand a light work environment as well as water repellent. The stitching seems secure and is straight along the seems and well done. The zippers are sown in well and of good quality. They operate easily in both directions and don't bind or catch on excess material. The waist is secured with a unique style of clasp that is not a snap or a button, but some other type of mechanism. I think I could possibly damage it easily if I'm not careful. The belt loops are sown very securely and look like they will last the life of the pants. A poly belt is included that is plenty long enough for the waist size of the pants and is 1-1/8" wide and about 1/16" thick. The belt buckle is plastic with a unique style of clasp. I like the way it fastens but might have to be careful with it too.The pants are very soft and comfortable to wear with the fleece lining and they fit well. I am 6'0" 200 lbs. and normally wear a size 34 x 34 pant, so I ordered a LARGE and they fit fine. I commonly wear wellington style boots but the pant legs are not wide enough at the bottom to go over those boots; I'll have to wear a different pair of boots that are not quite as big around so I can wear the pants over them, like a pair of lace up boots. They are plenty warm and will not require an under garment, but I suppose I could wear a thin under-layer for additional thermal protection if I go to the snow.I haven't worn them for use yet but am looking forward to it.

Great pants! Sizes are correct, worth every dollar
I am 6’ and weigh about 185. I ordered the largr large at first. The length is great. I waist is perfect. I normally wear 30/32 pants and these fit me perfectly. The legs were a little looser fitting than I’d like but they did fit well over my snow boots. I decided to order a pair in medium to see if the legs fit any better. The length is about identical but the legs are thinner which is what I was after. I’m still able to wear thermals and even a pair of sweats under them and they were snug but not too tight to be uncomfortable but I rarely need to wear sweats with my thermal and I ice fish with temps below 0. They are super comfortable, the waist is flexible and it comes with a belt that is nice to have. The only down side to these pants is the area between the legs is a little low for my liking. I was able to just roll the waist band and because they have good length they still fit great and I felt like I was able to walk and spread my legs out easier so you can do that if your like me and not like to wear your pants up higher. Overall great pants!! Water runs right off of them, they keep out the wind and they kept me warm. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking.

Good value, warm and comfortable.
These are a good value and have been my go to hiking pants this entire winter which has been from the upper 20's to the upper 40's. They are perfectly warm in that range with no need for thermals. I had a 36" waist when I started wearing them and currently have a 34" waist. The large fit well initially and now still fits with the belt tightened a bit more. The belt is key although the plastic is a bit light duty but with care it is doing ok. The material is good but not super-tough. I had to slide down rocks a few times and the pants suffered some scrapes (no tears though). The stitches are coming loose in the front on one side. I like these pants so much I will resew it when it becomes a problem. Hiking in the cold rain was comfortable but these did absorb water and become heavy while still keeping me warm. They dried rather quickly when I was home. I wash them in cold water and dry on low heat. I love the zippered back pocket. If there was one thing I would change, I would have the side zippers close down instead of up. On long hikes, I find the zippers slowly open from the motion of my steps. I have never had them open enough for me to lose anything but I find myself checking every 5 minutes. All in all these are good pants and a great value. If they were $50+ I would not recommend but at $35 I would, and probably will, buy these again.

A top of the line pair of pants for those who work/play outside in the wet, cold and nasty weather!
These pants are great in every way I wanted them to be.Warm, soft and comfortable inside and tough enough to take thepunishment of farm/ranch life with the rougher sides of a life working with livestockand machinery!I'll definitely be buying additional pairs of these no nonsense work or play pants!

Not water proof and delicate pocket mesh other than that, serves its purpose.
Bought these two years ago for snowboarding. They are water RESISTANT not water proof. the images and description specifies this, however the title says they are water PROOF they are not. If its raining even a little these pants will get soaked. Biggest issue I had with these is within the first few months of use one of the pockets completely ripped making storing things much more difficult. Other than that they've served their purpose fine. They've kept me warm and kept the snow out. The belt and zipper have never given me any trouble on the mountain the fit and the length were as I expected.

Heavy duty
I bought these pants originally for my kids a few years ago and just ordered a second set for the bigger size. These are the absolute best pants if you do a lot of activities. They are comfortable and you can move easily. You can sit in the snow and not feel like you’re getting wet. They seem to block the wind well as they are made of thicker material. I wish there was a sizing chart but my kids are between 5’5 and 5’11 and the large fit perfect. I am 5’0 115 pounds and the medium fit perfect.
