Used for a few times already, felt it was ease of use, effectiveness, and portability, and it has been recovery support for my frozen shoulder, 1 full charge could last for nearly 2 hours, allowing for cordless use.

Good little gadget, I mainly use the hot function to help with my lower abdominal pain. Also my family member uses for back pain as well. Very handy.

Rubbish . Doesnt get hot or cold enough to do anything actually therapeutic.

I like this as it does go very cold, and can also go quite hot too, and it does keep the temperature the same (no drops or increase's). The only downside is I wish it was bigger to treat a larger area, however I can see that the price would also reflect that. This is around the size of your hand. If you needed to treat say your back or arm, leg etc and need it be be bigger the only thing I can suggest is to get a heat pad or gel pad as they are bigger, but they will drop in temperature over time.

Im so pleased with this device.I suffer with long term health problems and get a lot of pain in my back and ribs. I've been using the heat on this for a couple of weeks and it's really helping.I think the fact that it provides constant heat and stays at the setting you put it in really helps. So many other products start to cool down and that really doesn't help.My daughter had ankle injury and the cooling side of the device helped her too and again the fact it stays cool and doesnt start to warm after a short time really helped.It's nice and compact so great for travelling too.

I suffer from long term back problems and I've tried everything from frozen packs to microwave heat pads .. and they've been ok but they don't last that long. This palm sized device sorts that issue out. It heats up and cools down really quickly. It's very simple in premise but does the job it's intended for perfectly. Rechargeable and small enough to take on holiday with me. Really relieved my lower back pain. The other good thing is the temperature is stable so you get a constant heat all the time you're using it.
