Genuine woobie
It'd exactly what you get issued from the army. Lightweight, durable, comfortable and warm. I ordered one with a zipper months back and I love it! Now I'm ordering my second one without a zipper. I like to keep one in my car and I'll keep the other in my hiking bag, they just barely fit in a 5l sea to summit stuff sack that I got but that helps them stop down to be very small. They're expensive but if you want a quality do all blanket/ poncho liner this is it. It's not as warm but I like it as much if not better than my kifaru doobie.

SIMPLY INCREDIBLE PRODUCT - BUT, MFR. FAILS TO ANSWER INQUIRIES!!!
Never really cared for the heavy blanket my GF likes.Did a LOT of research, bought this "Woobie", and I'm absolutely delighted! It is incredibly lightweight, yet warm, and has a very gentle feel. One hardly knows that it is upon oneself, yet it keeps one warm (I'm the ONE, in this case). The construction is FLAWLESS, and the material appears well suited for it's task.Is it overpriced? Yes, however, I believe I'll never need to buy another - so "good investment". My GF got jealous, and bought a sleeping bag from Goodwill, and after examining it, I asked her if she was going to name it "Lumpy" - she wasn't happy with my question.TWICE I attempted to communicate with the mfr., Pinnacle, at the given phone number, but the phone isn't answered. Wanted to know what size stuff/dry bag I'd need for it, and washing instructions (there's no label with that information).

Superior product
I gave this to my teenaged grandson for Christmas, and he raves about it every time he uses it. I had never heard of it, but I saw an ad for it and read about it. He camps a lot and does a lot of outdoor things. This is a versatile thing! He comes home from trips to the woods and tells me all kinds of things he's done with it-- covers his Eno, covers his tent, covers him, ties between trees to offer shade and so much more that I don't even remember. I am so glad that I bought this for him. It is well made, sturdy, packs well for hiking.

Top notch product
As a US Army combat veteran, I can assure that this is legitimate. I was issued a poncho liner (woobie) and unfortunately turned mine back in when ETS’ing from the service. I’ve bought numerous knockoffs from third party sites like McGuires and every time found I paid money for a piece of garbage. The price tag may feel a little steep but it was totally worth getting back my woobie that I know will last and stand up to use and some abuse, just like my woobie did for me back when I was in. From the higher quality fabric used to the level of detail in their stitching (10-12 stiches per inch) this has military quality written all over it. I wish I knew about this when it came out in 2021.This blanket is made more for durability and longevity than it is for perfection in heat retention and comfort. In the end this is a military grade product that is exactly what our troops are issued to use in training and combat. It’s a bare bones blanket just big enough to get the job done and with some features that make it more versatile than just being a blanket alone. The sole purpose of the woobie is to be a blanket that can attach to the inside of a soldier’s rain poncho when opened up that can then be made into a makeshift sleeping bag.Keep in mind that this product was designed and made for outdoor use that can stand up to some abuse and wear and tear. This is military grade and not consumer comfort rated grade.

Surprised
I was actually surprised how much I like this thing. I ordered it to take camping or used in the truck. I ordered this one because it's American made, support's a good cause, and should be more durable than the cheaper clones. It is very light, soft, cool to the touch but warms up like a mummy sleeping bag. It's hasn't made it to my truck, as it stays on the couch. Had to put my 9 year old daughter in a choke hold the yesterday for trying to steal it. Might end up ordering a couple more before it's over with.

good quality
a bit expensive, nicely packaged, a different baffle stitch and hopefully a longer service life than the standard woobie blanket. willing to pay extra for my go to year around blanket.

There is nothing like a woobie!
Since long being a woobie fan I decided to order the real deal (I do not like surplus!)This is my tenth woobie and definitely thicker and warmer then the previous ones!I was ill yesterday and the nap with the new woobie helped my recovery! Some of my previous woobies have zippered aperture for the head (to wear as a poncho) and zippered closure on 3 sides...this might be a convenience but, to someone who is used to use the woobie diagonally, managing to get 2 layers when wrapping, it is ok. I can't testify for the longevity... I never had the slightest problem with any of my woobies from Miltec (1), Draggon Unlimited (6), Snugpack jungle blanket (1) or Nano puff blanket (2)...but I am careful with my stuff, I do not smoke, I protect them with at least a plastic garbage bag as underlayer from twigs or rocks, I do not spill beverages or food on them... The only "complain" is that it does not come with a compression bag. I know that many people from military background do not use a compression bag but only dump it on the rucksac filling any little space and that helps preventing ratling! As the main part of my sleep system for 3 seasons, I prefer to have it on the outside and in a separate bag. Perhaps offering the option to buy the woobie with or without bag would be a good idea...

Awesome product!
Item shipped quickly and was packaged with care. Have not used it yet but product displays superb craftsmanship and has no defects. This will be carried on day hikes in case things ever go south and necessitate having to spend an unexpected night outdoors and will also now be part of my regular equipment for car camping. The certificate of authenticity is a nice touch and as it was manufactured on my birthday it makes the liner more personal and special. I really like that it is made in the USA by the blind. A week after receiving my liner the company sent me a large bag of jelly beans which I assume is a thank you for purchasing- nice touch!
