Elegant yet durable and more than useful
Best razor cutter Ive ever used and im left handed. The ease, portability, weight, wow. American all the way. As long as you dont lose it, its perfect. Very sturdy and well designed. Coming with blades just makes it that much better, incredible value for money. What are you waiting for!

Sturdy, nice, convenient
This is my go to utility knife. Half the size of most others yet uses a full size blade that’s super easy to open and close. Love the adjustable blade length feature. Has a handy slot on the end to put a ring through, or a lanyard, or hang it up at your workbench when it’s not in your pocket. And it looks great too being made of solid brass.

Top quality gentleman's type utility knife
Ok, I'll admit it, I'm kind of a knife collector, and this one is put together beautifully. Made with great precision, and works smooth as silk. Not cheap, but made of solid brass and also quite compact. Not the lightest because it is made from solid brass, but not overly heavy, either. Feels very substantial despite ist small size. I consider this a kind of 'gentlemen's knife due to it's appearance and precision workmanship. On top of that, it works pretty well, also. Blade changing could be faster, but in my opinion that was a trade off in order to make it as compact as it is. Not a cheap throwaway, but a high quality tool. Not cheap, but you can see where your money went when you see how well it is made. USA made, to boot!

Very solid, high quality cutting tool.
Very well built utility knife. I like the weight of the solid brass body of this knife. The milled texture on this make it easy to hold on to while using, opening and closing. This is a high quality pocket tool.

Nicely machined piece, but heavy and bulky...
Nicely made piece, very solid, should last a long time without any wear (besides surface scratching). The length and height are very nice, small enough to fit on a keychain and in a pocket. However, there are two things that I feel prevent it from getting 5 stars - first, it is a heavy piece. Since it's made out of brass, the knife is really too heavy to hang on a keychain, especially a keychain that contains your car keys (if you hang heavy things off your ignition key, you run the risk of wearing out your key and ignition key cylinder. This isn't an issue with more modern keyless ignition, but if you drive an older car, it can be a problem). It would be nice if this knife was available in a lighter version, either hard-anodized aluminum, or titanium. Second, it's a bit thicker and bulkier than it seems to need to be. I wouldn't mind giving up the spare blade storage space if the knife could be made thinner. If it were thinner, it would fit more comfortably in a pants pocket. Other than the size and weight, this knife is very nicely made, and comfortable to use. All edges appear to be nicely deburred, without any sharp corners to catch on things or poke holes in your pocket. The machining is nicely done, engraving and knurling is nice and crisp without being sharp. Slide mechanism is easy to use, and seems to positively lock the blade in place. The only concern I have is that I don't know if the blade will stay retracted in the pocket, or if it's too easy to accidentally extend the blade.

Lifetime buy, if you make the necessary update
I've had this thing for a couple months now. This is a solid 5-star item. However, a star is removed because we the customer are required to make it 5-star. It will come to you 3, maybe 2, star. But it is fixable The spring that this knife comes with is too weak. I don't know how Milspin came to the conclusion that this was the right spring. The action feels sloppy, it opened in my pocket more than once. Bad razor behavior. If the spring in this thing wasn't replaceable, I would have long abandoned it I've attached a picture of the proper spring you're going to need to add. You need the one on the left, the thinner junkass one is on the right. Maybe you have one in your jar of springs, maybe you need to order from McMaster Carr. Closest equivilant (with cursory, non-exhaustive search) is mcmaster PN 9657K623. But Milspin should be buying these springs and at purchase, offering either both or as a "for $1 more, add this stiffer spring" if need be. As far as fidget-ability goes, this thing is in a class of its own. 10 stars on that front (with the proper spring. With the stock spring, it's kinda sloppy trash) The spring you want is 0.38 (3/8) in. long, has a wire diameter of 0.039 in., and has an ID of ~0.25 in. You need one for this to be a good buy. But with the spring change, it's a great buy EDIT: Dang I'll be back to give that fifth star soon enough. Daily now, for the months since I've had it (read: replaced the spring in it), I add points to it's howard-roark-like utilitarian usefullness best-tool-for-the-job factor. It's made "the best" with no bother about anything else. It's one of my favorite items to both cut with (first place in all utility blades) and also play with. (needs that spring tho. I have since bought a second one and I marvel at the softness of the OEM spring. It feels like broken)

This will outlive me
I generally don’t write product reviews, but this milspin pocket utility razor is more than worth it! This is machine out of solid brass. It’s got a good hefty weight to it, but it’s not too much. The blade is easily deployed and retracted, it comes apart with no tools, and it has an extra blade in it. It literally has the feel of a colt 1911 slide to frame fit. This is my new forever pocket, utility knife!!! Best of all it’s made in the United States!
