It's amazing. It cooled my room down quickly from 27° to 21° in about 30/40 minutes depending on temperature outside. The sun faces my room from the morning so it's gets really hot. My room is about 695m² or 17,295.54m³ (not sure if the volume calculation is right, 30.2x23x24.9?)I have no clue why all the other reviews are for those handheld fans. No idea how to contact Amazon to sort that out.The app works. Connected to Alexa. It shows your current room temperature on it. You can also set times when you want it to turn and off automatically. Was hoping there was an option to turn it on and off at a certain room temperature but can't have everything.The noise is not bad. I can sleep through it. It sounds worse on video so not uploading that. Thought it would be louder. Obviously it's louder on the high speed but I just keep it on the low speed and that works just as good.Highly recommend it. Never leave a review but thought I was impressed and because of the other reviews for a different product.Amazon sort it out!!!

I bought this for my bedroom as my Son has our large, aging AirCon unit in his room and I wanted a smaller unit.Only on day 2 but had it running overnight in Sleep mode.Quite quiet really and kept me cool all night.The temperature in my bedroom decreased rapidly when first turned on to test and the noise level, even on high, was not too loud at all.I have the WiFi version and connected easily so I can now ask Alexa to turn on etc.The only possible downfall I can envisage is emptying the water tray, as the drain plug is situated at the bottom on the rear of the machine - could get a bit messy, but there is a tube supplied for emptying as it's used into a container of your choice.....I think I might try that option.I am so far very impressed with this AirCon unit - in fact I might buy another one to replace the big old one in my Son's room!

This came extremely well packaged. The real thing looks so much better than the listing photos and the build quality is excellent. The model I bought was the 'Smart' one. The setup was remarkably easy, I can now talk to it, turn it on, change temperature etc. Works great. The overall footprint it quite small. Small enough for me to leave it in situ all year without the need to get it out each summer. It has a very modern look mainly white with grey highlights. It's fairly quite in use. It has an ultra quite sleep mode that I haven't tried yet. It cools down my whole apartment if I leave the internal doors open.Amazon used a third party company for delivery who were quite disappointing but overall I am very pleased with this purchase and I would recommend it to anybody who is in the market for this type of product.

Zero quality. I bought this item and it doesn't work for a minute. I have requested for refund going to a month now and nobody as showed up to pick it up. What is going on, please?

The product is a good size and easy to set up on smart phones but it is way too noisy

So much noisier than they say. No way you can sleep with this going. It’s like an aircraft taking off.Don’t get me wrong, it works fine, it’s just unusable in a bedroom while you sleep.
