Fresh: Good medium roast
The most difficult thing to get when you try to buy coffee beans, especially online is fresh beans.These beans were roasted just two weeks ago, which makes them pretty fresh.The Crema is thick and creamy, indicative of of a fresh roast and it’s a fruity tasting espresso Quite deliciousI’m impressed that they sell it quite quickly after the real estate and I like this almost as much as I liked that Ethiopian coffee both of them taste quite similar with a lot of fruity notes, but there is no doubt that they are both roasted fresh.Will buy again

The roast date was approximately 2 months ago which could make it not perfect for extractionHowever the taste is good , i felt the notes
