Since changing to a remote work schedule a few years ago, my old chair had completely worn out. I was well over due for a new office chair.This chair was fairly easy for one person to put together. Hand screw everything with the provided tools and you’ll be fine. I love the fabric (it was difficult to find a good fabric chair as most are bonded leather). The seat has a lot of cushion and the lumbar support is perfect - the placement is just right for someone 5’3”. Some people reported issues with the recline; however, they may not have realized that the entire seat and seat back reclines as one unit.I hope that this chair will hold up well for a long time to come.

This is a little hard to rate. I give the chair itself 4 and a half stars. It's very comfortable and looks great. Seems to be made of pretty good quality materials. Assembly, however, wasn't easy. I give that 2 stars. I've assembled lots of furniture and this one was one of the more difficult ones. Probably would have been easier with someone helping. Getting the chair back and arms on required 3 hands. Hopefully it'll last a while.

I'm very happy with this chair so far and it's comfortable. I just got it so time will tell how well it holds up to daily use. It was easy to put together. Only took about 15/20 minutes to assemble.It has a decent amount of padding for the back and butt. The arms could have a bit more padding but they aren't uncomfortable.The height adjustment works well. The reclining is a bit stiff and difficult to do, but it might be because it's new. The wheels roll around with no problems.The fabric stitching is good. The fabric isn't as soft feeling as I thought it would be. It's a tiny bit on the scratchy side. It does seem to be decent quality though. It's not solid black but closer to a charcoal gray color.

This office chair is super comfortable. For me, the lumbar support is exactly where it should be against my lower back. I'm able to sit on the cushion seat for several hours without any stiffness or soreness, unlike previous chairs that I've owned. I would've given it a straight-up "5" across the board but it's not the easiest chair to assemble. Nothing comes pre-assembled and several of the screw-in bolts were extremely difficult to screw in. But the chair is well-worth that little bit of difficulty.After a month of use, I'm revising my review of this chair because every day I have to adjust the height, sometimes more than once. Apparently the set screw was set too tight at the factory and the chair rises all by itself without use of the lever. I researched the problem and found that getting to the set screw would pretty much require taking the chair completely apart. The chair is still very comfortable, but it's pretty annoying that I have to lower the chair repeatedly throughout the day.

Looks good in the pictures and day one was mildly comfortable. DO NOT BUY this if you plan to use it. DO NOT BUY this if you are working from home. I honestly have not been this disappointed in a purchase from amazon ever. $171 dollars out the window. I cannot come up with the words to describe how pathetic and junky this product is. It is very obvious the manufacturer had every intention of ripping of the customer. Why so disappointed? I purchased this product on June 15, 2020 to replace an old chair because I started working from home due to COVID. Within weeks the seat pad is down to nothing and I had to buy a Amazon memory foam pad to help out my rear. It would hurt after sitting for more then a couple hours, worse then sitting on a metal chair. Next the material on the arms is too rough and textured, I find my self with irritated elbows by the end of the day. Then it began making all kinds of noises here recently, squeaking and creaking noises. And now finally the chair height is lowering and now longer holds its position. I weigh 195 pounds NOT 500. Today, November 11, 2020 I am chairing shopping again. Total garbage product. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!

I've had a few of what I consider economy office chairs. I'm impressed with the sturdy build of this Serta. The adjustment knob under the seat works great for regulating the degree of tension while reclining. I have no illusions about the longevity of the bonded leather. I hope to get two to three years before the inevitable pealing begins, and a few more before it's an eyesore. Until then I think it will be a comfortable chair. The padding is generous, the lumbar is firm and the quality is better than expected at this price point. Assembly was simple. Not sure why some reviewers have had difficulty. A half hour job at the most.

It was love at first sit with this chair. A friend had bought it and I tried it out and loved it. Went ahead and got myself one. Favorite desk/office chair I’ve ever had. The soft pink just makes it so girly yet it’s super comfortable and supportive. I spend most of my day in this chair and can’t complain at all. Love it

The first part I pulled out of the box is completely smashed. Amazon DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS on this product due to "health and safety" even though I've only pulled out one piece. Serta Canada can't do anything because it's an American model. Serta USA won't do anything because they don't actually build these chairs. Now talking to the third party. Hopefully I can get a replacement part or else this was $220 down the drain.

its good! Not sure if it's actually microfiber. I originally said its not for short people. But there was actually black wax on the adjuster that I had to clean off for it to go down more. Putting it together was mostly easy except the back was really hard and I had to wrap myself awkwardly around the seat to put it on. Its comfy and fairly cute.When assembling the black wax or whatever it is also rubbed onto the seat from the armrests so there's some black marks on the side. They aren't too noticable.

Esta muy bien todo, pero por el precio si esperaba excelencia en funcionalidad, aun asi todo muy muy bien.Nada ha fallado es reclinable toda la silla y sin problema, es bastante comoda incluso por horas, es mas elegante en la vida real que en la foto hasta da la impresión de ser otra silla, la desviación ala derecha del asiento es de milímetros asi que en realidad es un detalle absurdo ya que después de meses se ha mantenido funcionando al 100.
