Geography Alphabet: An Introduction to Earth’s Features for Kids

This book on the abcs of geography is so cute but also does a very good job teaching little ones all about what is shown. Kids love pointing to things and identifying it, and this book does a great job of that!

This book is a great way for kids to learn about geography! The pictures are cute and fun to look at. It's a perfect book for a child's library.

What a GREAT book! I shared it with friends and relatives. I LOVE the pictures and wonderful information as the book teaches you about geographical places on our Earth. Even learned a few things I didn't know. : )

This is such a kid introduction to geography book for kids!The pictures are adorable and entertaining.Each page introduces a new geography word with an illustration and definition - I even learned something new when I got to “y”! I appreciated the range of words - from the simple to the slightly more complex like zone, key and map.This would make an excellent addition to any children’s library.

Geography Alphabet is a cute intro to geography, from antarctica to zone, this book has a variety of words to introduce youngsters to the topic. Each page also has animals and such labelled for more learning fun. I'm not sure why the text has some words in a different color, it may be confusing for some kids.

This was a hit with both of my kids. My toddler and my 9 year old both enjoyed this book. The 9 year old enjoyed the facts, and the toddler enjoyed pointing at things in the pictures. Great illustrations and a lot of information packed into what might seem like just a simple alphabet book at first glance.

The pages of this book are packed with vocabulary words and their visual representations. It's a fun and easy way for kids to learn lots of know words and the contexts in which they will find those objects.

I had never even heard of a yardang so props to the author for that. Really good abc book. The images are stellar and very educative

I love how not only does this book have letters, but it also has words on objects in the pictures and other words in a different color to focus on. It would be good for kids learning letters as well as kids learning to read. My boy's fav page was the volcano one.
