A game changer for sleeping with noise around
These earplugs have made such a big difference for me. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve become much more sensitive to noise, especially when I’m trying to sleep. Even small sounds, like my husband getting up during the night, used to wake me up. A friend recommended these to me because she also has sensitivity to noise, and I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. I use the smallest size, and they are incredibly comfortable. They don’t feel tight or painful, and I can sleep with them without that uncomfortable feeling you sometimes get from wearing earplugs for a long time. They reduce the surrounding noise enough that little sounds don’t bother me nearly as much, which has made a huge difference in my nighttime routine. I still have some awareness of what’s happening around me, but the distracting noises are much less noticeable. They’re also easy to clean and reusable, and I love that they come with a small case to keep them organized. I usually keep mine right on my nightstand so they’re always within reach. For me, these have been a wonderful purchase. I’ve tried other things to help with nighttime noise, but these are by far my favorite. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable, reusable earplugs to help reduce everyday noise while sleeping, traveling, or focusing.

Perfect for Taking the Edge Off Airplane Noise
I bought these for a 15-hour flight because I wanted to get some sleep without completely blocking out the world. They ended up being exactly what I was looking for. They don’t eliminate all noise like foam earplugs do, but they noticeably reduce the overall sound level. That made it much easier to relax and sleep while still allowing me to hear important announcements from the flight crew. They were also incredibly comfortable. Once I found the right ear tip sizes (a small for one ear and an extra small for the other), I could barely tell I was wearing them. They stayed in place while I slept, and my ears weren’t sore or irritated at all, even after wearing them for hours. The carrying case is compact and well made, making them easy to pack for travel. If you’re looking to take the edge off noisy environments without feeling completely cut off, these are an excellent choice. I was very happy with them for air travel.

Exceeded my low expectations
UPDATE: After a few uses, I think these are worth the $20 I paid. As with any ear plug, it’s gonna take a little while to get used to wearing them all night. I end up having to remove them at some point through the night because my ears just aren’t accustomed to them yet, and the discomfort wakes me up. With that said, I stand by what I said; they are still the most comfortable ear plugs I’ve ever worn. I was initially using the small ear pieces, but I noticed the seal would break upon me lying the side of my head down on my pillow so I switched to the medium. These weren’t uncomfortable at all with the smalls, but I sacrificed the seal; there is some minor discomfort with the mediums, but the seal remains. I also used them while sleeping next to a snorer. They definitely help, but the snorer also needs to use some remedy to lessen the snoring for maximum effect. Mouth tape seems to help in that regard. Hoping these become a sleep staple for me…as long as my ears can adjust to the foreign object. ORIGINAL: Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much considering the reviews were very mixed. Some people swear by these. Others hate them. I had had them saved in my list for a while, but the price always deterred me. I went ahead and ordered some during Prime Day since it was the cheapest I’d ever seen them. They were still $20. Rather expensive for two tiny silicone plugs if you ask me, but I need ear plugs I can stand to wear through the night so I took the leap. The price is reflective of their reusability. My husband snores, and I’m a light sleeper so if his snores don’t wake me up, some other random noise does. Not sure these will drown out snoring, but they work wonderfully when I’m sleeping solo. I’ve used them once so far. They are by far the most comfortable ear plugs I’ve ever worn. No uncomfortable pressure and nothing sticking out of my ear, all while maintaining a good seal. Very compact and suitable for sleeping, even for side-sleepers. With that said, and maybe even due to their comfortable, innovative design, the noise reduction they provide isn’t anything amazing. The package claims they reduce the sound by just 14 decibels which is the equivalent of a quiet whisper or rustling leaves, seemingly not that impressive. During my testing of the different size attachments, I had my husband talk to me, and while they definitely muffle sound, I could still hear every word. However, this was while my full attention was on him. He tried talking to me a few minutes later while I was focused on something else, and I had to have him repeat what he said louder because all I heard was muffled speech. So I imagine the noise reduction seems greater when sleeping or when your attention is elsewhere. The main pull for me is the design and overall comfortability. They are so incredibly small and fit in the ear very nicely. Just cross your fingers you don’t misplace them because I imagine they become lost very easily. Even with the case, they’re tiny. I look forward to trying these while sleeping next to my husband, but my hopes are low when it comes to their effectiveness against snoring. Overall, I am pleased so far. They drown out ambient noise and random bumps in the night at the very least. They make talking and other similar noises sound like humming from afar which can even become kind of soothing if you try hard enough. Honestly, if I think about it, as a full-hearing individual, I wouldn’t ever want to be completely deaf at any point, especially while sleeping. Hearing is important if you’re able. Sometimes your safety or someone else’s depends on it. What I’m trying to say is: these aren’t going to significantly impair hearing or entirely cancel sound, but that shouldn’t necessarily be considered a bad thing.

LIFE CHANGER
These help so much when you’re trying to sleep and you have someone who snores next to you, lol they also help keep out loud noise noises if your ears are sensitive. The case that they come in is so cute and they also come with different sizes for your ears. It’s very suitable like I said for concerts or for sleeping. The durability of them is amazing. They don’t pop out of your ear. They stay on your ear until you’re ready to pull them off very durable and very nice and soft for your ear so you don’t have to wear anything that would kind of hurt your ears when you lay down. The carrying case that I say they come in is so cute you could and so small. It’s like the size of a quarter or even bigger so you can carry them with you no matter what so it’s very good to travel.

If you need good earplugs look no further!
Couldn’t live without these! Soft, comfortable and they will stay in your ears alllll night while you sleep. And they actually block out sound! Have several pair for home and travel. Highly recommend for anyone who’s struggled with the usual memory foam or spiral-ear plugs. These were a game changer. I’ve tried knockoffs and they just don’t hold as well. I’ve had a few pair for a few years now! And they still work great.

Don’t hurt my ears and block snoring
Very comfy and don’t hurt my ears. I tried a couple sizes to find the right size. They take a little practice to get in, or maybe I just have weird-shaped ears. But when you get the hang of it it’s easy. They don’t block out all noise, but they are great for blocking low-pitched sounds like snoring. Higher-pitched sounds will go through, which is nice for hearing my alarm in the morning. Very happy with these.

Poor customer service experience, but an otherwise excellent product
I heard various friends and influencers rave about Loop earplugs. I ordered Quiet 2 during Prime Days. I was impressed with the materials, packaging, colors, product manufacturing and carryall when I received it. I thought, "This is the start of a long-term, loyal relationship with LOOP." After all, the product is very expensive, given other options. You expect the best when you pay a lot. The Quiet 2 description says Ultra-Comfy. For two nights, I tried to cram the XS silicone eartips into my narrow ear canals. Highly effective at noise reduction, but very uncomfortable. Ended up removing them midway through both nights. Surely, they'll have an XXS, right? Or children's replacement ear tips so I can use those? Wrong on both counts. I went to the Loops website and encountered their CS bot first. After several unsuccessful exchanges with the bot, during which it chatted about a different Loop product (perhaps it was thinking of the Dream product), I got confused. After, all I just wanted a comfortable fit, forget the "ULTRA-COMFY" in the marketing. Apparently, XS are now the XXS for adults, which I find hard to believe as I'm not that small. For children's sizes, there are no Quiet's, just Engage Loops and they don't sell replacement eartips for children's. This means I would have to spend another $34 for an entire Engage set just to get a smaller eartip! (If a child loses their eartip, their parent has to buy an entire new set apparently!) The Live Chat was frustrating for me. The Bot did not carry the conversation over to the live agent, so I had to go through it all again. I'm an average size adult - 5"5", 140 lbs, but my ear canals are narrow. I'm stil mystified how there wouldn't be a tip to fit my ear or how Loop doesn't sell replacement tips for children's sets. Bottomline: I'm returning the product (as well as the LINK I bought to make sure I didn't lose one if I were using it outside of the bedroom). If you have a standard size or large ear canal, these should work wonderfully for you. Again, the engineering is very good and I know many users that rave about LOOP products under different circumstances of concerts, travel, noisy bullpens, restaurants or even seeking to concentrate in a library. LOOP needs to train their agents better. You would think that a brand new customer would receive better treatment to convert them into a long-time user rather than a product returner who writes a review like this. They didn't even offer me a discount if I went to buy the children's Engage in order to get an xxs tip! I guess you would say that they were deaf to this customer's needs.

Overpriced? Yes. Worth it? Sadly, also yes.
I hate that these stupid things work as well as they do. It probably costs less than five bucks to produce them, if even that, but I’ve tried other earplugs before and you can’t beat loops. Earplugs will usually pop out of your ears, I’ve also had ones too big for my ears that leave me sore after a while, and I don’t know, man. Loops just work. You can choose the size you want, it’s easy to clean them, and you twist them in after inserting them so they hide perfectly in your ear canal, meaning side sleepers aren’t disturbed basically at all. If sound is standing between you and your good sleep, just shell out the cash so you don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Endlich wieder ruhig schlafen
Purer Gewinn an Lebensqualität.

Comfortable for sleeping and much better than foam earplugs
I bought these primarily for sleeping because I'm quite sensitive to noise, and they've been a significant improvement over traditional disposable foam earplugs. The soft silicone material is much more comfortable, especially when sleeping on your side, as it doesn't create the same pressure or discomfort in the ears. While they don't completely block out every sound, they reduce background noise very effectively, creating a calmer and more relaxing environment. Important sounds, such as alarms or someone calling your name, can still be heard, but distracting noises are noticeably softened. The inclusion of multiple tip sizes is a great feature, as finding the right fit makes a huge difference to both comfort and noise reduction. Once properly fitted, they stay securely in place throughout the night without needing constant adjustment. Although they're more expensive than standard disposable earplugs, the reusable design helps justify the cost and offers better value over time. Overall, these are an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfortable, long-lasting earplugs for sleeping, travelling, studying, or improving focus without completely isolating themselves from their surroundings.
