Perfect packaging, nice sturdy glass bottle and comes with a cotton ball and anti moisture beads inside so they’ve put effort into it. But for me it was not worth it, didn’t do anything, felt no different saw no difference, taking a shit was still the same so it did nothing to my bowels, didn’t curb my appetite, maybe I’ve got other hormonal problems I don’t know about but that’s just my experience, thought I’d wright an honest review as I only bought it because there’s so much hype about it and so many unbelievable reviews about it. Shame I wasted my money.

A positive health booster
I noticed a definite improvement in my health after a couple of days of taking this product. No bloating or discomfort after eating and a positive lift in my energy. I'm sleeping better too.
