I really loved this shoe but my heel just wouldn’t stay put in the back.

As many others have mentioned, the straps going over the foot are way too big. If you have a wider foot, these may be perfect for you, but if you have a normal width more than likely your feet will float all over this sandal cause those straps are way too big. I literally walked right out of them. I am bummed, because these sandals are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I sent them back. I hope the manufacturer listens and fixes those straps. If they do I will buy another pair.
