I got this outdoor chest to store towels and pool toys.Pros: The chest is larger then I anticipated, and can hold many towels and toys. It was pretty easy to assemble, though I needed another person to help me get the lid attached. It has a nice cedar smell as well. It looks great on our patio.Cons: while it is mostly waterproof, there is one area that water got in when it rained hard. I'm pretty sure that will be easy to fix with a rubber seal.

Bought this about 2 months ago. Placed it on my patio to put seat cushions in it. The top started to split from the wood shrinking and then a corner gave way and opened up. It was held on by finishing nails. The wood is very cheap. Do not buy.

easy to assemble, staining of the wood is a tad sloppy in areas but overall, i am happy with the product.
