Best cold compress. The weight, texture and temperature are great. I have not tried heating it.

Bought this for my mom who recently had abdominal surgery (removal of uterus & ovaries). This remained soft even when ice cold. It was a the perfect weight & size as it covered the entire abdomen at once. It was easy to fold & place back in the freezer between applications. My mom does not like to be cold so initially she resisted the cold pack but quickly she realized it was an integral part of her postop recovery & pain control.

I was so excited to finally find this cool pack. I have really old one my sister gave me many years ago. She couldn’t even remember where she got it. I wanted a larger one too, so went back to the same site and ordered the larger one. It’s not the same, it’s not a solid gel, it’s the mooshy, moveable gel. Not cool.

Happy with purchase. Just like the one my PT uses. Like the moist heat. Took longer to heat. Stayed hot for decent amount of time. Have not tried cold.

Have issues with my back and use ice packs daily.This one is lighter then most and has a nice soft outer shell making it more comfortable.

I bought this item after Total Knee Surgery. The item is useful, but not the best that it could be.It would be better if it were not a flat sheet of flexible “ice” but instead was a doughnut that fit over the foot and up to the knee. Maybe a wider icy sheet at the top and soft warm fabric on the underneath? It’s hard to lay it over my stitches because it shifts, and putting the whole ice sheet in its bi-fold on the stitches is too heavy. It’s effective, but I wouldn’t advise buying it.

I love this product. Especially the size and ease of use also stays cold.

I use it for a laptop pad to keep it cool and the laptop fan from turning on while recording.
