Gorgeous ice blue glow will diminish over time, but can be charged over and over again and will last for years and years. Glows brighter and longer than traditional glow powders or paints. Scale cabochon is set securely in a lovely antique silver pendant setting which is fashioned into a heart made of leaves and vines.
