SUPER easy to use, and the thickness setting is awesome, the blade is very sharp and at first the thinnest setting had my onions sticking together in clumps cuz of how thin they were---they simply wouldn't drop into the tray. Sorted that out though. This thing is great!!

Mandolines are notorious for being dangerous kitchen tools (if you didn't know that, now you do). This product alleviates that by changing the mechanism for how the tool slices, which keeps the fingers far away from the blade. Disassembly is simple, and all the parts are fairly easy to clean (again, just be careful).Overall, this is a great addition to the kitchen that I use almost everyday.

Almost great reviews because it does work well- there are multiple settings for type of cut/thickness that work with all sorts of fruits, veggies, cheese, etc. The blade is sharp and effective. After an initial setup/reading of instructions it is easy to use. It takes some effort to take all the pieces apart for cleaning. This thing is huge! Thankfully it folds down fairly well to store, but is still quite sizable when being stored.

Tried out the fullstar mandoline slicer. It is packaged very well. It was easy to setup, easy to use and easy to clean. I like that I can remove parts for easy cleaning. I like that it comes with a cleaning brush as well. It cuts nicely and with ease I do not have to slam it hard to cut potatoes or apples. Perfect for me so I won't have to put so much force to cut anything like others I have tried. Overall great mandoline that is easy to clean and cuts effortlessly. It is a litte big but I'm ok with that and the dial to adjust cutting settings is easy to set.

Very easy to use, and clean. I use it to slice my fruits and veggies for the dehydrator. It cuts great too. Very satisfied with it.

I bought this simply because my zucchini had over preformed in my garden. I was using a traditional metal mandolin & after 30 2lb zucchini, I was concerned that I would be adding a bit of protein to the mix. So I looked for 1 with a bit more safety features. Bought this one, I absolutely love it! For the price point, you can't do better! It's so smooth, literally cuts like butter. It's very sturdy.I've also done potatoes for fries, carrots & beets. It's a must have.

Difficult setup and terrible to clean

Totally disappointed. Got this a replacement after accident using regular mandolin. Don’t waste your money. Tried slicing multiple times with no success. Tried julienne with no success. Guess it is safer since it didn’t slice anything. Repeatedly read instructions but never did slice vegetables. Missed return window so went in trash.
