It looked better than other options and I wasn't dissapointed when I opened it up.
I picked this out because it was the proper length and preferred color, but also because they branding wasn't alphabet soup the looked like it was created by AI for an offshore company. You know the type; brands that look almost like words, but aren't. As far as I know, this is the same company selling generators in the USA, Canada, and Europe, so I thought the odds of the cable being decent were better than many of the other options available online.The cable had a good feel to it. I had to cut off the female end to replace with a 50 amp connector to work in my application, which gave me an opportunity to see what it looked like inside. The inner insulation seemed adequate and the metal appeared to be real copper, so I expect it to hold up.I've used it a couple times during power outages for several hours at a time and I didn't notice any hot spots, so the terminations on the remaining end seem to be good.

This 30A power cord is well worth the money
I connected the power cord to my 9500 Watt generator and started it running for at least an hour. Turned on all lights, TV, computer & peripherals, toaster oven, microwaves (2), refrigerators, freezers, etc. in the house & garage. After at least 1 hr. run time the power cord was barely warm to the touch. I estimated I was running around 7000 watts from the generator. I was pleased with the results. Excellent product & the price was much better than the cost at the retailers. I can honestly recommend this power cord. Will see, in time, how long it will be trouble-free.

Great Quality
Is it better than other options? Don’t know, but I have a Champion generator that has great build quality so I figured they wouldn’t sell a junky cord.
