Arrived on time opened box put battery in did not work very disappointed try to contact them but no chance so it will go in the bin as Amazon thay never reply to damaged goods not worth the money

⚙️ I received this 100W hot glue gun, which uses a PTC heating element to warm up in 3-5 minutes. The fast heating is intended to prevent glue from cooling and hardening in the nozzle, reducing clogs, though in practice, it’s not entirely successful. The cordless design, powered by an 18V Li-ion battery, adds portability, and the grip is decent during use. The kit includes 20 clear adhesive glue sticks, measuring 11 mm x 8 inches, and the gun features safety protections, such as over-discharge, overheat, and over-current protection. The silicone tip cover provides heat resistance to prevent burns, but the tip's design to reduce glue leakage is only partially effective, as the glue remains naturally runny.⚙️ This glue gun is versatile and works well for a variety of DIY projects, including crafts, home repairs, and making decorations or gifts. However, the packaging leaves much to be desired. The parts were loose in the box, and the packaging itself was too small, with the unprotected glue gun nozzle starting to poke through the cardboard lid, raising concerns about potential damage. Additionally, the plastic casing feels cheap with visible mould lines, and while the output nozzle is well made with a rubber insulator, the internal components appear more crudely constructed, leading to doubts about long-term reliability.⚙️ Although the glue gun is functional and portable, its large size and battery make it feel somewhat cumbersome. The CE certification is only on the box label, and the instructions are minimal, lacking important safety warnings, making this tool unsuitable for beginners. Of further concern is the lack of a 100W rating on the device or in the manual, despite its marketing claims. Considering the poor presentation and these issues, I find it difficult to recommend this product. ⚖️
