Amazing quality product
So I was very put off by other reviews on similar metal sheds, mostly complaining of thin metal, flimsy framework and poor instructions. But I really needed a good looking storage shed which is why I decided on this one. I am not dissapointed! This shed took around 12 hours total, just myself and the mother in law and was very easy to assemble. You will need two people, one to align the bolts and another to get the nuts on. Every hole aligned with no issues as long as you make certain the base is square, which was explained very well in the instructions and the frame is very strong, even before you add panels. The panels are each three sheets which fit together vertically overlapping and then screw together. A doddle with a cordless screwdriver a must for building this shed. I thinbk the roof was the hardest part as there are four bolts quite central for the capping panels, first two no problem but a bit of a long reach on this 10 x 12 shed after all the roof panels are in place. Once finished it looks great. I got this shed on offer and it looks like it's worth three times what I paid. Looks fantastic in the garden and I have no regrets in my purchase (I'll try and add a picture later)

Good shed once up, but takes time , minor dints
Initially wrong size was sent by supplier but Amazon sorted it. All parts were there, the panels are thin metal, they have to be , but being metal they do the job, so there were minor dints probably from transportation, it is heavy package. Takes time to put up , approx 8 hours two people , not difficult just lots of parts . Holes matched up well, only minor issues is the doors , they open but not as smooth as could be, some drew end piece the door rail track so drags Initially but not a big problem, good advantage is once up is maintenance free.Value for money -yesReplaced a rotten wooden shed

You Get What You Pay For
It is a very flimsy shed and easily dented during assembly. The instructions were good and logical. It is definitely a two person job to assemble it. The doors could never be made to slide freely. They are very light and hang, so unless they are pushed from the top they swing and jam. I have re-enforced the inside walls with plywood to above waist height. This is to stop dents appearing when items to be stored are allowed to touch the sides a bit too heavily. It will mainly be used for storing fold flat tables.

Although it look great when the shed is finally up
Although it look great when the shed is finally up, it will need at least two people to put. Nut & bolts are plenty and fiddly to put up. The doorsare difficult to close and feel flimsy. I personally would not of bought this knowing the difficulties in putting it up. A lot of patients is required. A lot of money for a flimsy shed

Don't hesitate to buy.
Absolutely brilliant. I'd read previous reviews on this shed and was sceptical, i also thought a cheap good looking shed must be rubbish. .. quite the opposite. It's fabulous. It's not made of the strongest metal but if it was stronger metal it would have been 3 times as much money. It has withstood the strong winds weget at the coast (I bought it for caravan) it's the best looking shed on our site, the only moan I have is the door runners get stuck easy but I solved this by attaching 2 small handles (which were £1) near top of door. We laid it on existing slabs so you don't need a separate floor, and it's bolted down (2 bolts cost £3) I would highly recommend this shed to anyone. (A friend has bought one after seeing ours)

What isn't in the the description which will help.
Pretty OK for the money. If you want to stand the wall Base frame off the ground on circa solid neoprene strip and purchase in advance 3mm thick by 60mm wide would do the trick. Wall Base widths aren't mentioned in the manufacturers manual which you can pre download, Arrow shed lcc breese, ilinois. Part 6529 which is the middle roof section comes a bit squashed due to the way it's packaged, it doesn't look misshappen but is. Best bend it into its original shape using the roof pre drilled holes as a guide, if you don't it'll waste a load of time while your wondering what you did wrong. You won't be able to put a neoprene strip under this shed once assembled as it's too heavy and liable to distort under the stress. Circa every part holds every other part together. Probably easier to pop rivet this together. Still good for the money and I'm happy with it. Its probably worth buying some flash band (Bostik from screwfix etc) to do the weather stripping, as the supplied is narrow pipework stick on metal tape. Hope this helps everyoneAdded 2021:If you put this on a concrete slab seal it with acrylic paint before assembly, then after assembly seal it with a suitable silicon sealant from the inside not the outside...there are some which can be applied on a damp surface from screwfix for next to nothing . You will need to put a thermal barrier on the roof internally or water will condense on it in cold months. The relatively warmer air inside will contain more water and will condense on the roof as it cools rapidly to dew point (a lot of water circa 5mm diameter droplets, mopped about five pints off mine the other day), about to try contact adhesive to stick a roll of barrier on the internal roof once it's dry. Good news is there are no spiders etc after a year or so, probably drowned.... You'll need to put some vents in front and back as near to the apex as reasonable without weakening the structure, I put a tumble dryer vent in the front. All a bit of a faff none of which was explained in the documentation. Still pretty happy with it, it would be great in a draught to create distilled water, not so good for the contents yet. I'm sure it'll be sorted eventually.

Looks good
10 x 12 shed. Over priced. Roof leeks badly at joints, assembly is difficult due to holes not being spaced accurately especially with the roof. Is sturdy when fully assembled . Doors can't shut together properly due to slight curve shape
