I love the amount of colours and brightness that you can alter to your own preferences. The remote is simple to use. I will definitely be ordering another one for my bedroom, it will look so cosy.

We are still in the process of having the media wall built so the fire is not yet fixed but we have tested it and love all the different colour settings and the fire settings were very good. Lots of heat came from it. Very good purchase at a very good price

Originally bought a smaller fire but changed it for the bigger one. Great move as this is perfect and way more realistic

Realistic fire effect to make the room feel cosey..I find the heater a bit noisy when switched on..otherwise I'm very pleased with it .

Ordered this fire middle of last year and stopped working in december. The fault was that it switches off after roughly a minute. exchanged one or two messages where they asked me if i tried turning it on high and low. Still cant understand why this is relevant but regardless I tried it to no avail. The company then stopped responding to all messages almost 3 week ago and I hold no hopes of them honouring warranty. Amazon originally offered to refund £400 (price paid) but thats not much good when there now priced at £500 and I have a cut out in a media wall specific to the size.

Not the best quality, bit cheap looking with plastic frame. But it was in good price so you get what you’re paying for. After mounting in wall looks fine and working good. When heater is on it’s noisy but I read the same about other fireplaces too.Overall quite happy because it was good value for many and doing its job.

The media could not be loaded. Es muy bonito y lo puedes usar con o sin funcion de calentar, y calienta bien. Muy contenta y lo recommiendo.

Chemine électrique murale , nous l avons essayé elle marche très bien bonne description comme sur le site . Reçu par le transporteur UPS très bien . Nous sommes très satisfait.

Ottimo prodotto per chi come me ama i camini ma non può averlo è un ottima alternativa.
