This agility set is perfect. We were looking for hurdles for my son and these were more than what we were looking for. The set comes with poles that can ba used for hurdles and for soccer training. When using them as hurdles, the height is easily adjustable. Assembly is very minimal and so is the breakdown process. The ladder and cones are also great because of the versatility.Overall, every thing that comes with this bundle can be used for training for just about any sport from track to soccer. The poles are very sturdy and easy to use when transitioning from plain poles to hurdles. The cones and ladder are all very durable they won't break when stepped on. I would highly recommend this set to anyone looking to train at an affordable cost. It's a very awesome set and it's very well worth it. Great to have!

This is an adequate set for agility training. You can tell it is a bit cheap and likely will not hold up for very long but it serves its purpose for the time being.

I like this agility training set a lot. It really helps my kids with their footwork and balance. It also helps with their speed because the faster they can do the ladder, then the faster they can pick up their knees while running. The jumping poles are cool too. It helps with their vertical, and it's a great competition for them.

I picked this set up because of the agility bars and adjustable hurdles. The cones is a great extra as well as a 2nd ladder. Yes, these a plastic, but it is very sturdy. This helps create some versatility in my kids agility training sessions. I do like that I can take all pieces down and put it into one bag instead of carrying them in separate pieces.
