My mother suffers from plantar fasciitis. She has a severe case, at 82 it’s very difficult for her to get around. She has to use a cane, walker or walking boot . Depending on how much time she needs to be standing. We considered a motorized wheelchair, but a friend told me about the Decomil scooter they got for their father. I did some research and found many great reviews and liked many of the features the scooter offered over a motorized wheelchair. Mostly the stigma! At least with a scooter my mother can move around and travel to stores without feeling embarrassed she is in a wheelchair. (Not saying anything wrong with wheelchair, just my mother’s way of thinking). She has loved it! It has a very strong yet quiet motor. She says it rides smooth over bumps and uneven surfaces. The battery seems to last the entire time she uses it for. Mother finds it comfortable to sit in and she likes the good sized basket. Especially when she goes shopping. I would say this has been life changing, because I see my mother is happier now she is able to get around easier and not suffer the pain she use to whenever she had to go out.

I purchased this for my mother in law to use on a cruise. Cruise was going to charge about the same price to rent so got this instead. Worked perfect with no issues. Back up beep is very loud which I guess is expected and turning radius takes some adjusting to get used to but overall it’s well worth the price. Also very easy to disassemble and put back together without tools. Highly recommend to anyone not wanting to spend lots of money. I did a ton of research and decided on this one. Glad I did, as it worked perfect.

I purchased this for my husband prior to a family vacation so he would be able to get around comfortably,he has several health issues , when we arrived out of town (we had only received this a few days before leaving) we went to use it and the battery would not stay charged so we charged it again thinking maybe we didn’t let it charge long enough ,so after charging we went to use it again and it died with in minutes of use being we were out of town and needed it so I took it to a local shop it see what the issue was they ran diagnostics on it and it had several dead cells in the battery being we needed it I had no choice but to pay $160 to get it fixed I contacted the company looking for some type of reimbursement for their faulty item and their response was there is nothing wrong with our batteries …really? Clearly there was something wrong with the batteries it would not keep a charge and when test showed dead cells in the battery they responded with we will give you $20 …..$20 I had to come out of pocket for $160 to fix their faulty item and all they wanted to reimburse me was $20 they were extremely rude and kept insisting there was nothing wrong with their item…. Just want to let people know if you plan on purchasing look elsewhere for another company that backs their products

One of the best things about this scooter is its long battery life. I can use it for hours without needing a recharge, making it ideal for longer outings. It charges quickly overnight, and I’m ready to go the next morning. Definitely worth it if you need something dependable for daily use.

My dad had an accident a long time ago that caused him to fall ill. His legs are still a little hard to walk on, and his back is a bit of a problem. But the doctor still advised him to go out more often. That's why I bought him this elderly mobility scooter, so that he can go out for a walk more often. He is taller, and then I adjusted it to the highest level for him, which is appropriate. He said it was free and safe to ride.

My legs are long and I wear a larger shoe for women’s sizes and the foot area is too small. The seat is also small but it is a nice scooter. This company is really easy to work with.

Its four tires are the most satisfying for me because they don't look like normal tires, but vacuum tires made from very good quality raw materials, and the ride is not bumpy, but smooth. The front of the handlebar also comes with two LED lights that shine bright and far, so you I go out for an evening stroll. The height of the seat, the handlebars and the armrests on the seat can be adjusted freely. It is a very thoughtful design.

Bought this for my sister. She needed a scooter to get around on after a fall and bruised hip make her immobIle. Great price. Out of the box scooter looks as good as some of more expensive scooters. I assembled it based on the Video on seller site when I put the ignition key in the scooter was non-responsive no lights, no horn and not gauge activity. Checked and reset inline circuit breaker. Thinking the batteries might just need charging I used my wifes UPG stay powered charger with status lights that we use for her go go ultra. After I determined the scooter batteries had no faults and allowed to charge overnight we got a fully charged status. I further checked the internal cable that connects the power controls and again checked no horn no lights, no obvious working gauge or power status. THIS SCOOTER IS NON-OP AND THE SELLER doesn't return calls or respond to my "problem with the order" comment asking for some tech help to see if I may have missed some simple issue causing thescooter no-op condition. ONLY RESPONSE I GOT WAS MESSEGE THAT SELLER WILL ISSUE A REFUND WHEN THE ITEMS IS CONFRIMED RETURNED. TAKE MY ADVICE DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER. MICHAEL NUNAN BULLHEAD CITY, AZ.
