Don't be fooled, this yoga block is not just for hatha yoga. I really like this block, it seems sturdier and heavier that the regular foam ones, so functions well as a weight for exercise as well. Good quality stuff!

Does the job, helps support difficult yoga poses and general stretching. Solidly made and form.

The size is definitely bigger than the average block. This is much more for specific asanas to better hold a position with appropriate support. It is heavier and wider than regular blocks. Perfect when you don't want the block to move while using it. If you are using it for your hands, buy 2.Quality made, well worth the price. I have been using it about 3 times a week, it appears it will last a very long time for low to moderate use. It may not be the most ideal for taking it to a studio, due to weight and size, otherwise; zero negative issues with such a useful yoga practice tool.

I use it for my continued PT rehab maintenance and step up block for balance. It works great for that.The block is soft but still stable while standing on it or leaning for different exercises. It doesn't seem to loose it's form or roll out from under you when standing on it.Being made only of cork it looks good sitting on the work shelf and the price is low enough to keep it on a low gym budget.
