It removes dreads the crochet hooks built in are so tiny they cut your hair. You can’t return after 30days I was in the process of moving and today is day 30 I can’t return and get my money back I so regret buying this my locks are spiritually created and kept this was so sad for me.

If you want to remove your locks buy this, I am Latin with locks and my partner is black with locks completely different hair types. This was the worst buy ever! They send you some sample hair to try the product on and it works great. Using it on your own hair is a disaster. I should have taken into consideration the other reviews when they mentioned it breaks your real hair off. That's exactly what it did when I tried to use it. Thankfully I used it in a place where my hair needed to be trimmed. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! If I could give a negative review I would give it a negative 100. Seriously...
