The Shoei RF/RS was on sale for $400 and many reviewers said they didnt like how the visor opened in the front. This helmet is a no brainer. The only thing I wish it had was a buckle latch, but I guess this affects the safety rating. I put my Cardo Packtalk Bold on it and TPX HARD visual radar detector. There are better helmets but this Shoei works great for me and my budget. Update- Held up great to a low side at 60mph, bad road rash but no head injuries.
