I am writing the review after 4 months of use. Sound Quality Very good, Battary life earbuds more then 10 hours with running music, 2-3 days case . Best combination of price and features.easy to connect decent colour high quality and rigid case cover

This product is of no use. it has charging issue. First time, i replaced the item as it was not charging the right side earpad. After replacement, sound quality has no issues, but it has no sensor though in the product details they mentioned as it has touch sensor. But im still could manage with that. But the issue is charger. After 3, 4 days again started giving the issue with charger and charger point also color changed. Totally unworthy product. So im fed up and threw the item itself.

Sound quality is very nice loving this product

I had a frustrating experience with these earphones. They stopped working just two months after purchase—already disappointing for a product from Amazon Basics, which I expected to be at least somewhat reliable. What made it worse was the return process. Their return partner company, Blubirch, makes the whole thing excruciating. You're asked to submit endless videos in a very specific format, and even if you follow their instructions, they keep coming back with arbitrary new requests—“show the switch,” “use a different charger,” and so on. It feels like they’re trying to exhaust you into giving up. Honestly, I expected better from Amazon. Between the poor product quality and the excruciating return process, I’ve lost trust in Amazon Basics. I don't think I'm going to be buying Amazon Basics ever again at least in India.
