Adapted for weighted body weight exercises.
Got this for weighed push-ups: I use a couple of carabiners and a short sling to thread through the plates, then elevate myself on Plyo boxes so I can use a full ROM without the plates hitting the floor. Works great for this! Couldn’t comment on it’s usefulness as a climbing tool but if you got one for the same reason I did I can report it’s fit for purpose. It’s also useful for dips because keeping the weight closer to your centre of gravity and out in front stops it swinging and pulling you back as much, and back extensions since it takes some of the weight off your arms once you start having to use multiple plates.

Use when walking dogs.
I use this when walking our dogs. I can't use a waist strap as that hurts my lower back. This is a great solution.
