Just amazing, i feel like a super hero lol, great material, great design, fit as expected, i was using sauna vests XXL, then XL, now i tried this one at size L, and it fits amazing, it has to be a little tight for the sauna dress shirt to work better on you, and the size chart on this product was on point. Im still losing weight, and im 100% sure i will lose all the remaining weight using this product. I recommend it 100%, you wont be disappointed.

When I workout I like to keep sweating and I usually use a sweater or jacket on top of my workout clothes. The issue is sometimes it gets to hot that I have to constantly take it off and put it back on. With this sweater, it keeps me warm and sweating and it's breathable that I can keep it on throughout my workout without overheating. I guarantee you that you will sweat wearing this sweater. So my advice is to wear compression clothing underneath and avoid cotton by all means because you will be drench with sweat!

I wear 3XLT shirts and this 3XL seems a bit small in the chest and the belly area, but with a good deep breath I am able to zip it all the way up. That just means I have a longer way to go before I have to order the next size down I guess. I don't really sweat near as much as expected when wearing this neoprene jacket. I've used the slide over your head plastic ones in the past and I'd be standing in a puddle of water within minutes. I can wear this neoprene jacket for several hours and I only get moist. So far the majority of the sweating has been at the back of the neck and hardly nowhere else.Pros: thick enough to protect your arms when working out with those heavy duty elastic bands. I have one elastic band that is 3 1/2" thick that just kills my arms when working out with it and this vest is thick enough to protect me from that pain.Only real cons: It is currently a bit loose from the elbows down to the wrist & is a bit short at the waist as I have a very long torso, so I put on a shirt over it to cover the lower 2 - 3 inches of my belly.10/7 update - I have given this vest several attempts over the last week while doing exercises like push-ups, curls and bench presses. Just can't get my sweat on while wearing it all by itself. I ended up buying a cheap ($7) plastic Gold's Gym sauna set from Walmart yesterday which is able to get my sweat on within minutes of putting it on. I will still wear this neoprene vest over the cheap Walmart one to keep from ripping the cheap plastic of the gold's gym brand when I am working out with my elastic bands.Also worth mentioning, the seller has sent me two emails in attempts to "make it right". They want to reimburse me half the cost of the vest in exchange for a 5 star review, but regardless the price, the vest wasn't form fitting in the arms as pictured, or make me sweat as expected so I can't possibly give them a 5 star review.

Only giving 4 stars because I just got it but already been to the gym this morning. But it fits. Lots of guys complaining about how tight it is. But it’s suppose to be tight. It’s not suppose to fit like a sweatshirt. Will update my review after gymming in it. I ordered a XL expecting it to fit like my long sleeve compression shirt. Trying to drop another 20-30 pounds on top of the nearly 80 already dropped.Several weeks later!!Gotta say that I honestly love this thing. But will probably cut the sleeves. I feel cool but can feel the sweat bubbling down my back. This thing during my HIIT and cardio definitely helps raise my internal body temp. And it definitely loosened up in tightness as I continue with my training in a caloric deficit. REMEMBER to keep your sodium and potassium levels together to help avoid cramping up. I don’t even use a pre-workout anymore just because I was tired of tossing back all those chemicals. FIRST TIME UNDER 200 pounds since my junior year of high school over 25 years ago. Getting legitimately lean after 40 is absolutely possible. Just depends on how bad you want it. Anyone can be a fitness tourist. Not everyone can commit to this process like a faithful marriage.

Husband loves it. We have been looking for gear such as this for men but we were apprehensive. He loves it. We could have gotten a medium but due to his measurements on his chest and the length of his arms we got a large. It has reflective tape along the zipper. He wore it today when he went to the gym. Was not constricting or making him uncomfortable. I'm truly considering purchasing another one for me.

I am 5' 10" - 165 and I ordered a small because I want it tight. I have other sauna suit and they are too big now. It is pretty tight but that is exactly what I want. A medium would be a perfect fit. I like it, it really makes you sweat. The zipper concept is perfect because when you are sweating, it is easy to take off. If it not zipper, it is almost impossible to take off if it is tight and dry. I highly recommended this product.

OK the general chest, waist measurements were accurate to fit me, however, I personally am 6' 5" tall and this shirt is tiny on me. Its an odd 3/4 sleeve to my mid forearm and it sits on me 1 inch above my belly button. Me personally, I HATE this thing! However being intellectually honest I like the fabric. I have tried to wear it for a few days to "trial it" the fabric is comfortable. I don't like the women's zipper- its on the wrong side to zip it up and it's a very dainty zipper. The seams seem strong. I'm going to be returning this one, I hope?!?!
