I always look for an enzymatic toothpaste so that it can help with removing plaque from my dog's teeth. My dog likes peanut butter flavored stuff so he was fine with this toothpaste. It works well for my dog's daily teeth care. The bottle includes a lot so this was somewhat of a good value for the price.

Cleaning my dogs' teeth is nothing short of challenging. Purely functional enzymatic formulas without flavors and smells dogs love have gotten me nowhere. I like that this dog toothpaste is enzymatic but also a peanut butter flavor. He gave me major pushback when we first started with this, but then realized that it smells and tastes like something he enjoys. Now I only get minor pushback when the tube comes out. Unfortunately, I am still struggling with the actual brushing part, but even putting just a few small dabs on his tongue helps a bit with bad breath.

This doggie toothpaste works pretty well. I have definitely noticed a change in their breath being fresher since using it.The flavor might not be the best, as my dogs still squirm quite a bit when getting their teeth brushed with it, or that might just be my dogs being themselves. Either way, it works as long as you can get it on their teeth.

I had a hard time deciding whether to give this 3 or 4 stars. On the positive side it’s an enzymatic toothpaste, the tube is large so you get a lot of product for the price and it arrives foil sealed under the cap. The company also has a (functional) website listed on the tube. They make a lot of other pet supplements (USA) and have a customer service phone number with actual hours listed on the contact page. The downside is my dogs don’t like it and it has a strange smell. I’ve been brushing my dogs teeth daily for years so they’re used to the routine and seem to enjoy the flavor of our regular brand of enzymatic toothpaste like it’s a treat at the end of the day. I tried a tiny dab of each on my tongue to see what the fuss was about and indeed this one has a very odd taste by comparison. Both contain silica for slightly abrasive cleaning and enzymes to help control bacteria in the mouth and that’s what I want in a dog toothpaste but I will stick with my tried and true brand simply because my dogs prefer it.

My dog has been developing bad breath lately and his teeth weren't their best in appearance. He doesn't like to chew on dental bones so it's been a real struggle to keep his teeth clean. It has been too long since he had a professional cleaning due to the high price tag. After one time use of this toothpaste, I can see a big difference. First time I ever used dog toothpaste with him and he loved it. Not as good as a vet cleaning but it does an amazing job.

My dog isn't crazy about the taste, but will let me clean her teeth with it. The last kind we had was chicken flavored, and she would lick a little off of my finger to get the brushing session started. With this peanut butter flavor she won't do that, but will allow me to clean her teeth with it. So, I think it does an adequate job at what it's meant for. I just don't think I'll get peanut butter flavor next time.

The doggie toothpaste I usually get is beef flavored and is not my dogs' favorite. They seem to like the peanut butter flavor a lot more than the beef flavor and they are more cooperative with letting me brush their teeth than they were before. More importantly, it seems to be doing a good job cleaning their teeth and taking care of their doggie breath. I am happy with this product.
