Nice and bright. These flat recess lights protects against bug nests. Great for indoors. Even better outdoors. I have it a 4 because 1 came broken and we had to but a separate package of orange wire nuts. Need at least 2 nuts per light.

Volisun’s 6-inch Canless Recessed Lighting (24 pack, dimmable, color-selectable) are quality, adjustable downlights.I’m in the midst of a major remodel and decided to try these canless recessed lights instead of the traditional can lights. I’m glad I did.They’re so much easier to install than traditional can lights. They can be easily adjusted for color and brightness (though it should be done before installation), and the wiring is simple to complete.The value is excellent. I also acquired a couple of other brands of canless lights for this project, and this brand is definitely the best value of the three—and compared to others on the market, too.The dimmable feature is a welcome bonus and one we’ll be utilizing.Highly recommended!

Super value for this set of 24 recessed light. I am very impressed with the quality of these lights. They're nice 4-inch size. They fit to where I took some old ones out. Easy install. They make such a difference in my kitchen. Very bright. I'm so happy with the way they look and function.

I ordered these lights from a couple different sellers and these are the best. Nothing came broken or missing 👍The lights didn't feel cheap. The metal boxes came with clip-in connectors instead of traditional wingnuts. These connectors are really easy to use and still up to code. The only issue I had was keeping the little metal box closed when I had to have an extra set of wires coming in. I ended up taping a couple boxes closed with electrical tape.

Easy to install and use. Great price. Look great.

I want to put these everywhere to brighten up my dark home. Just installed first two in hallway where I had one standard builder grade fixture and it made a huge difference. I have lights set on middle setting and they are so bright. I love the low profile and they are so light and easy to pop in and adjust lighting.Here are my complaints and the reason I marked down:1. Push connectors are terrible and impossible to use. My tip is to buy a bunch of orange and maybe yellow wire nuts depending on the wires you're connecting. The push connectors they provide require a thick solid wire which this doesn't have. They added top to their stranded wires to help with insertion but I had different connecting wire so I had to use wire nuts that I bought separately.2. Short wires. I wish these came with longer wires as my ceiling wires were short and it made it really tough to connect with box open at ceiling.3. Knockouts are sharp and I thought code for metal boxes is to have a metal connector to prevent wires from being cut or damaged. I have concerns about that. It might be better to have plastic knockouts that will be smooth and prevent wire damage.4. The template is thing piece of paper which made it difficult to trace. I recommend card stock or even cardboard. My tracing was wonky and my cutting due to this. I also need to reuse the template so after fur lights it's getting beat up and won't last for all the installs.5. Spring clips are super tight which makes it easy to slip in the light fixture but when I pulled one out it snapped on my finger and the orange plastic cover broke off. The clips are too tight IMO and the plastic is not durable so this will be challenging when trying to remove these for changing color for instance.6. Fixture isn't perfect circle. The design and template are a circle but the spring clips are flat and protrude outside the ring. There are also screws and the light wire on edge of circle that butts up against drywall cutout. This was a pain for me. I didn't want to cut back too much drywall and leave a gap. Wish the clips, wire and screws were placed just inside the circle so the circle was perfect circle for cutout.7. Small flange leaves little room for error. If you slip when cutting drywall or the paper of drywall tears, the flange may not cover. This is different from old style can lights that had really large 1-2 inch cover and wiggle room.8. Super thin gasket if you can call it that. I notice noise and air from attic coming through these lights. Where I replaced can lights I noticed the cans provided buffer and some shielding from attic but these new ones are so thin and nothing protecting the opening from above. Not sure if it's safe to cover these with insulation but I think I'll have to do that to prevent heat/cold exchange.Overall, I still recommend these despite my concerns and complaints. I put two over fireplace replacing old gimble fixtures and the light is nice and bright. These are huge improvement, just wish they made some modifications to make it easier to install with bigger flanges and gasket.
