I bought these to sprout, freeze and cook in stir fry. Broccoli frozen provides elements that it doesn't have fresh. Since I'm sprouting in small rectangular trays I can see the seed sprout percentage and its about 80%-90% of all seeds placed. That is exceptional! Sprouts are bright, healthy and flavorful.

These Food for Life broccoli sprouting seeds were fresh with a very high germination rate. I sprouted them in jars as well as on various media for microgreens. They sprouted equally well with just water in a jar, a hemp and coco coir mat as well as in potting mix. They even did well on a silicone mesh mat.They taste just like broccoli but pack more nutrients in a much smaller measure. although I'm using an LED grow light, I don't think they really need it ana a south or west facing window would be fine. I was so impressed I ordered a package of their alfalfa sprouting seeds which arrived today. However, these broccoli ones are really delicious and I probably stick with them in future. Nice to have a choice though.
