since ive met him, my husband has always used a big piece of duct tape over all of his devices cameras. its never bothered me but this little thing popped up in my advertisements and i figured id try it. no more unsightly duct tape-- it blends into the computer perfectly as though its a part of it. much more professional looking and high tech. smaller than youd think but fits perfectly. he approves

4 star reviews are weird, like a middle child (jk middle children :). I really like these camera covers and bought the three pack so I could have an ipad & macbook pro camera cover but within a week the ipad camera cover had already fallen off and is nowhere to be found. I followed the instructions, used screen cleaner to clean the area before applying, and keep my ipad in a sleeve, so I'm not sure how it could have just disappeared ...and yes, I checked the ipad sleeve, it's not there.On the plus side, they did come with 3 so I used the spare but wasn't expecting to have to use it in the first week.I will also say the macbook camera cover surprisingly had no issue when the computer is closed, which may be why this one is harder to lose with the computer holding the camera cover in place while it's closed.All in all they work well and do as they claim so I would recommend them otherwise and are a small price for piece of mind.

I've been using small post-it notes to cover my macbook webcamera for years but they always fall off (and look ridiculous). I finally decided to buy a proper webcam cover and this little gadget did the trick! I must admit I had to re-watch the video to install them as the package came with a white sheet of paper that says "Please peel off this mask before application" but it was separate from the camera covers. After reviewing the video, you just need to peel off the backing on the actual cover and disregard the sticky warning on the separate white piece of paper. I deducted 1-star because the directions on the back of the package were not easy to read (text too small). Other than that, these webcam covers are great. I cannot even tell the camera cover is there as they blend right into the black glass. Highly recommend - especially for mac users.

This product was easy to use and can hardly be seen hen it it in place.

I don't follow instructions well. Makes it difficult, as a lawyer. lol. So, even when I read, "Please peel off this mask BEFORE application" in red letters, I ignored it. It didn't make sense. What was the black cover going to stick to? So, I didn't follow the instructions and I had the sticky tape with the read on the webcam cover. But that handle part with the 1 wasn't sticking on it, and nothing came up from it like the iphone shield covers. So, what they failed to explain was that the tape you apply is just to put the sticky residue on, upon which the cover sticks, adhesively. So... don't do what I did. But it does exactly what you want it to do. Gives you a layer of security. And it looks better than tape. Now, I want to buy some for my mom. Beware that it does slip on the iphone, however.... probably because of all of the jostling carrying it around.

These are tiny but hide well on a laptop and do the job. No issues with the product at all.

So it was a good product despite the fact that it doesn’t really stick all that well however I did find that it doesn’t work with iPhones that have the face ID feature like my iPhone 11 Pro because the sticker blocks off the face ID camera so you’d have to put it on the opposite direction however at that point it blocks the speaker. It did work great for my laptop and my iPad.

I ordered these webcam covers after I bought myself a new laptop. With my old laptop, I simply covered the webcam with a dot sticker, but I did not want to do this with my new laptop. I wanted something more subtle and more visually appealing.I ordered the 3 pack of these webcam covers. I messed up when putting the first one on, but that was more to do with my poor application technique than the product itself. The second application was a success!Once applied, the webcam cover looks and feels very subtle. I was concerned that it would cause my laptop to not close properly, however the cover so thin therefore that is not an issue.It is easy to slide the cover back and forth to open and close the opening to the webcam. I have not yet used the webcam on my new laptop therefore I can’t comment on how the webcam functions with the cover, however I can’t see there being any problem. Those tuxedo onesies from Japan haven't arrived yet and you can't risk a keyboard malfunction revealing you in all your undressed glory or worse yet: not positioned in front of your learned-person bookshelves!Just slide this jammy shut and you're good to go.Note that they do slip ever so slightly. They're too sticky to fall off, so not to worry.

Good looking & easy to use metal camera cover, however the adhesive leaves a lot to be desired.I used an alcohol wipe to clean the area where the cover was to be mounted, let it dry & then mounted the cover, waited 24 hours before removing the plastic covering whilst the adhesive sets...but it moves - easily, it's hardly held in place & I know it'll drop off in the weeks to come.Overall it's a well made product but the adhesive lets it down massively in my opinion

VERY pleased with these - they seemed to be far too small when I initially saw them, and I thought they would obscure the angle of view of the camera. However, this was not the case - it did not affect the viewing angle at all, and the camera was as clear as when not fitted. VERY easy to use - simply slide the slider across and camera is blocked. Easy to fit, although being so small a bit fiddly. Does not affect laptop closing at all - very thin. I bought the set of 3 - fitted to both laptops and my tablet.

These are the smallest, neatest camera lens covers for phone or tablet I’ve found so far. They are good quality and easy to apply, sticking well. They are much less obvious than others I’ve had but slide well. Someone with large fingers and no finger nail length might find them harder but probably still fairly straight forward to slide. With others I’ve had the slide fall out but I’ve been using these for sometime with no problem. Love how neat they are.
