I had an expensive vacuum sealer I wound up giving away. I was looking for a different vacuum sealer, but this one wasn't expensive, so I decided to go with it. One of the best things I've bought in a while. My older one was harder to use, as you had to place the bag directly on the vacuum head. It did hold the roll of plastic bags, but you had to do the same thing. Seal the bag, fill it, then hook it on the nozzle. It looked dirty inside, but I've used this one 3 times, and the nozzle is on the side of the inside, with a gulley to catch any juice that would get inside. Three times, and still clean, and perfectly vacuumed and seal. You can even use it to seal dry bags, like chips, nuts or cookies, in there original bags. It's sleek and not big and bulky. It actually vacuum's and seals the bags with one switch. A great product at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

As a sealer we had to hold down the lid harder than normal as it would not seal the new bag material totally. It took some getting used to, but it did work! Went thru several pieces before we tried to vacuum seal food for the freezer. We'll know in a few weeks when we remove the food from the sealed bag(s).

I was very disappointed in this VacuumSealer and the non-response I received when I called the company. Right out of the package it didn’t work. I’ve used vacuum sealers before and I also studied the instructions thoroughly. The lid would not stay closed and when I would hold it down for the Vac-seal process, the seal was only a partial one. I called the phone number on the instruction booklet and a man answered and told me someone from the tech department would call me in a few minutes. Four days later no call, so I returned it. It got such good reviews I’m sorry it didn’t work and that I was not offered any assistance from the company.

This Vacuum Sealer is excellent!!! I am very impressed with the way it works. It will definitely make my life much easier in the kitchen! Very easy instructions and a strong vacuum seal. With the sleek design — it’s perfect as an accessory for my kitchen. I love, love, love this product!! and I highly recommend it either as the perfect holiday gift or for self use!!!

Vacuum seal fails to work on some occasions.

Fantastic value. It is easy to use, lightweight, and creates a strong vacuum.

It's just not sucking all the air out of the bags & therefore, not truly creating a vacuum seal.

Tested it immediately once I got it and it works great for what I want (sous-vide) and the price is great. Very nice sealing machine.
