Description This cute lovable hand made Tiger is designed by Ark toys. He measures 70cm from the tip of his nose to the end of his stripy tail! He is crouching ready to pounce… so watch out! He is brand new, complete with tags / labels and is made from the finest materials, to the usual Ark Toys high standard. He carries the CE mark and is hand washable. Delivery and Packaging All of our items are in stock and are shipped Royal Mail 2nd class (to reduce the cost!) the next working day. This also means your postman won’t require a signature so he can be left (sleeping quietly!) in your usual safe place. Our toys are all packed in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure they will be with you in one piece within 4 days or so. Returns If this tiger misbehaves we will happily take him back! Just send him to the return address complete with his packaging and attached labels within 14 days and we will refund the cost of the tiger.

Poorly Made
We bought this item as we had previously bought an Ark Snow Leopard which had been excellent quality. I cannot say the same for this. It is possible that the soft toy we were sent was a one off that had been poorly manufactured. Overall the quality was poor. Particularly of note being the following.The fur used for each side panel had been sewn on in opposite directions to each other. This meant that the toy animal could not be stroked in the correct direction. It also meant that the colour or the item differed from one side to the other depending which way the light caught the fur.The front Right leg had been sewn on particularly badly. This meant that the leg hung with the underneath of the paw facing sideways instead of backwards as the right leg did and should have done. So the toy could not be satisfactorily carried and just looked very wrong.The Tail was also very poor and had one section that had not been stuffed sufficiently. The tail was thin in one section in the middle and again this made it look very odd.Overall (and especially in comparison with the wonderful snow leopard they make) it was a very poorly made toy.It should not have passed the final quality control checks.I would also add that even if it had been perfect it was not a good product compared with the snow leopard. Especially as for a soft toy it is not a cheap item.On a positive note the returns process with the supplier was excellent and a full refund given with no questions.
