IF you know a Dan TDM , or Minecraft fan then this is the perfect gift! It just came out in October of 2016, and was highly publicized by Dan TDM in his YouTube Minecraft videos.This is the Official Dan TDM book. Fans have loved it! It is his first Official book.If they don't have it already they should!For the uninitiated - Dan TDM is a highly popular Minecraft player who publicizes his game playing sessions on YouTube, and has been wildly popular.I live with fans, I have to admit I don't get the whole watching someone else play a videogame as a fun pastime, but I guess for gamers it is the same as watching football players, basketball players, or chess players play their sports.That beign said Dan TDM is a Babe Ruth of sorts in the Minecraft world. Don't let your fan go without! Everybody is already talking about it! We ordered our fans one right away, and all of our boy's (elementary school, middle school, and college student) read it - including our "resistant" reader the 8 year old! He actually WANTS to read this book, which has been great news for us!In the world of official, and unofficial Minecraft books it is hard for the non-player to discriminate between bad, & great Minecraft books. This book is straightforward published by Dan TDM, and makes a great pick for gift giving, or keeping if you are the Minecraft / Dan TDM fan!We would not hesitate to buy it for another Minecraft / Dan TDM fan from Amazon knowing it could at the very least be returned/ exchange without any problems using a gift recipient to buy any Minecraft book they don't already have, so we see this book as a No Brainer, No Risk Purchase! Absolutely you should grab them a copy, it's a must have for Minecraft / Dan TDM fans alike!We DO recommend for Dan TDM, and Minecraft fans alike!Hope our review helped!

My grandson enjoyed the read and the graphics were good.The book has heavy weight paper and the binding is sufficient to withstand a 11 yr olds constant reading 🤗

I loved it because it has a nice feel to it (apart from the cringy parts). I loved the way the script was written and the characters were drawn. I think that every DanTDM fan should give this book a try. I love DanTDM and his videos so I want to thank him for everything he does and did. I also want to thank the other people that helped Dan when creating this book. I think they should be proud of what they accomplished. If your reading this, please try out the book. It is amazing. If DanTDM is reading this, I a and so many other people around the world love you and what you do every day, so you should be proud. Sorry for reading me ramble about this, go on and read the book now!!!!!!!!

My Son has been so excited about this book since Dan revealed it. We pre-ordered it for his birthday. He thought it wasn't going to come for 5 more days and has been counting down the days. It came early so I was able to surprise him with it when he came home from school. He was so happy. He read it for over an hour and he's a 1st grader. It's a beautiful hard cover copy with a sleeve on it. Its in comic book style which was surprising, but awesome.My son hung the sleeve up in his room.We are Super happy. Dantdm is such a great role model. My husband and I even watch his videos with the kids And I'm going to get him the activity book as well.

I just received the book in the mail today and I must say the quality of the materials used in the manufacture of said book are first rate. From the dust cover look and feel to the art of the cover being reproduced on the front cover of the book all make me feel the price of the book was worth the expenditure. So my 7 year old and I cracked open the book and began to read an interesting story set in the minecraft world from the imagination of DanTDM. I stopped him after we had read about one chapters worth to tap out this review, this book does what I, as a parent, wanted it to do, it has the two of us reading together, enjoy!!!

My three boys follow DanTDM on YouTube. As a parent, I appreciate that he keeps it clean, funny and witty.His book carries many of the same attributes, at least according to my six-year old. After watching DanTDM for a few months, we finally got him the book he was asking for. While it's not exactly a difficult read, this comic novel was certainly engaging. My son sat down with it for hours and has read it numerous times. My older sons (9 & 11) have even picked it up and read through it.If you're looking for a fun and safe gift for a kid that likes gaming, this is a great place to start!

The media could not be loaded.  I preordered this book so that it would be in my boys hands the minute it came out. They are huge fans of DANTDM, so I was super excited to surprised them with the arrival of this book. Of course it was a HUGE hit. They have read this book more than once.From a parent point of view, I have to say that I love how well this book is put together. The pages are thick and glossy and it assembled really well. It's a great size and the brightly colored and fun illustrations make the book. Highly recommend to any DanTDM fan.

I don't normally do reviews but thought I should give this a 5 star. I bought it as a gift for my sons birthday. He watches DanTDM religiously and loves him. His birthday was last week and he finished the book in one night and has carried it with him everyday. The book was bigger and better than I thought it would be. It came nicely packaged and quick. Its also a nice size hardcover with great quality. I hope DanTDM will continue to make more products and write more stories. He's a great role model and one of the only you tubers I let my son continue to watch.

My son is obsessed with DanTDM so when I saw this I thought it would be a win/win situation. Reading practice for me. DanTDM for him. However this was not the case.The book is in a cartoon format, with panels. He wasn't that interested in the story, and to be honest it didn't really grab me either.I think for a person who already likes cartoons this might be a good buy, but my son isn't that interested, and I thought it would be more like a novel with pictures.My takeaway from buying this item is that even if he loves DANTDM he might not love all the DANTDM products.
