I ordered wine colour for a muffler. I was happy with the product. But I ran out of it so I ordered the same colour again. But the colour was slightly different and the quality too, it wasn't as soft as the previous one. It happened with other colours too. Very disappointed 😞 Now where do I get the same yarn for my unfinished muffler 😭😭 Please don't change the colour of the yarns it's a humble request 🙏🏼😭😭

The wool is too thick. The return policy is all wrong. There are only a few options to click from and it does not allow refund or replacement with other products. Absolutely useless.

I order wine red and it was neon pink the wool is a very good quality but the service I replace the order also but the delivery guy didn't delivered to me now I want to return the product and can't return back

Great quality. I've bought from this company before and their yarn is 🤌 unfortunately If you are looking for a baby pinkish yarn, this isn't it. It's rather brighter and not exactly what I was looking for. Nonetheless, it's quite nice

I like the previous colour of the yarn…the yarn is thick and bit chuncky and i love that but the second time i order they change the colour which is light and the yarn is thin… the second photo is the first one that i purchase i like the dark colour and the big yarn
